“I needed a loan for some major car repairs and Monique was very friendly, easy to talk to, and was able to answer any questions I had. She explained the terms of the loan and the optional insurance policies thoroughly. I would work with her again! Also, Alejandro was very nice over the phone! I did start the loan application with Lisa, and admittedly she sounded rushed over the phone but based on the call volume the Westminster location was receiving in the short 20-30 minutes I was there, it’s understandable why she sounded rushed.”

“This is a true small business owners bank. Their methods, customer service and efficiencies are solid for personal accounts but beyond excellent for business accounts. Significantly superior to other 'local' and national banks I have had accounts at in the past. If you own a business and are frustrated by the common and constant shortcomings and shortsightedness of your current financial institution, feeling like you will be institutionalized dealing with them any longer, then gain some sanity and improve your financial flexibility by moving your accounts to MVBofC.”
“Best bank I ever dealt with. Bruno is an expert. He set up my account in no time. They have financial advisors to help you set a plan to earn the most, and they are complimentary so it was an amazing perk. Not to mention that Bruno opened my eyes to a whole new world of finance. He is so knowledgeable about these things and I am just not. Adrian is the bank teller, and that guy is the fastest. I never have to wait more than 2 minutes to deposit anything. I mean McDonald's can learn from this guy's turnover rate. He deposits money faster than it takes Chick-fil-A to make fries. You talk about speed! Accuracy is on a whole another level with these guys. They are super friendly and welcoming. Go in there and say Hi to Bruno and Adrian... Open an account while you are at it. Thanks guy!”

“I don't often write reviews but noticed a few when checking open hours on website for Westminster location. I've banked with TBK since opening several years ago, Valley Bank before. Am often in lobby and drive thru. I have never encountered an unpleasant staff member. Always a hello with a smile, quick transactions and a thank you. Have called branch with questions and receive the same excellent customer service. Never treated like a just another checking account number. I wouldn't consider banking anywhere else.”
