All of the staff are so friendly and helpful! It's no surprise that people come and hang out at the clubhouse regularly.

The amenities are amazing! The fitness center is fully loaded with everything you need to stay in shape. The pool is heated 24/7/365 and there's even a hot tub, sauna, and steam room to maximize your post-workout relaxation any time of year.

Very dog friendly! Theres always pups being walked around or hanging out at the clubhouse with their owners. The dog wash is super handy also!

In the rare event that something breaks, the maintenance staff are always there to fix it as soon as possible.

We've lived here for a little over a year - when it came time to renew our lease, I honestly would have signed one longer than a year if it was possible. I never want to leave!”

“We loved living here ! Management was always very nice and easy to work with. Their maintenance man Enrique was always very fast and efficient ! It was very quiet and lovely living here for the year 1/2 we did. Ultimately we decided the space and price just wasn't for us but It's perfect for families that need the bigger space and love a nice quiet neighborhood !”

“Me and my girlfriend are residents here and have absolutely loved our time as residents. The front office staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is top notch. Brian from maintenance came out same day as the request and helped us with a few things. Easy quick and hassle free, plus he helped us out with something not on our maintenance request. “Ultimately had a great time living at Terra Vida! Really enjoyed having the 24/7 gym and pool/hot tub access. Each employee we worked with was great, too.
A few things that I find important to note would be:
- They plan events in the club house, which is great, but they always end before or at 5:00 on weekdays. This makes it very difficult for those who work full time and don't get home until after 5:00, so we were never able to attend any. The hours of the clubhouse aren't ideal either. Makes using it during the week difficult.
- Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Our garage was pretty far away from our apartment, so using it didn't make a lot of sense. If you were coming home after 5:00 you could expect to have to park FAR. People also tend to park and leave their cars in the spots for months on end. They say they don't allow this, but I have seen cars that have been there since the day we moved in and have still never moved.
- When we first toured, we noticed a big bird poop issue. They told us they take care of it often, but it wasn't taken care of until a month before we were moving out. Was pretty gross to have a huge pile of bird poop right outside your door and on the hand rails of the stairs.
Overall I recommend Terra Vida as an apartment complex, it had great proximity to restaurants, stores, and parks and we're grateful to have lived there!”

“We moved here in May and we love it! The office staff is friendly and efficient. Henry and Quinn (who seem to repair and maintain everything around here) are also always on the spot and respectful and friendly when they come in to check and/or fix things. The pool is lovely. The grounds are well-maintained and there's always plenty of parking. We also like that there are so many (optional) community events. Trash and recycling are easy to access and the proximity to the trail network and to the restaurants and stuff at Jessup Farm make this an excellent place to live. Big fans!”

“Love living here! My kids have made so many friends and the maintenance guy Wayne is always on top of everything! The ladies in the office work really hard on making sure everything runs smoothly. The landscape is beautiful and in a safe neighborhood.”

“We lived at The Greens at Van de Water Apartments and absolutely loved it! The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The layouts are spacious with modern finishes, and the amenities - from the pool and fitness center to the walking trails - make it such a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. The location is perfect too, close to shopping, dining, and easy access to I-25.

The staff and maintenance team were always friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. It really felt like home. And we actually miss it!
