The owner is cool and 2 employees that been there for awhile know their stuff. Recommend going to this store on Stillson rd. They treat there regulars real good and noobs. “I was in panic mode when I put my zip drive into my lap top and all of my files were corrupted. I wanted to cry because they were all my pictures from before my daughter was born to the present. I put a post on Southington Talks, a Face Book page, looking for help. Charlie from Omega Communications saw my post and offered to help. I dropped my zip drive at his office and he was able to retrieve all my pictures and put them onto a new zip drive for me. The communication was excellent and he was very honest. I highly recommend Omega Communications!”
“I happened to go into the Xfinity store in Waterbury, Ct on Wolcott Rd to see what I could do with my services to make it more affordable, I was soooo lucky to get paired up with Taysha , OH MY GOODNESS is she an AMAZING asset to that store !!!She really puts the customer first , has their best interests at heart , she makes a difficult situation an easy process , she really knows her business and her knowledge is exceptional!!Xfinity should be so proud to have her representing the brand !!!She explains how I could make big savings with my mobile phone by leaving my current at that time , now I’m with Xfinity /verizon and I LOVE IT !!!She stays on top of her work at all time I’ve seen her interact with other clients and she is so professional and sweet at the same time , which is very comforting!! She very efficient and makes the process so easy !!I will ONLY WORK with her , not saying the other employees are not helpful cause they are but she is the one I will wait for cause I know she will take take of me as she just did the previous client !!!Trust me she is worth the wait !!Taysha is NOTHING SHORT OF THE BEST CUSTOMER EVER!!!I will never try to do anything over phone with Xfinity again Customer service is horrible and problems never resolved .I’m so thankful to have met with Taysha so I will ALWAYS do business and bring business , spreading the word around to friends and family to go see her !!! I Highly recommend her !!!On another note I will also like to compliment the manger in that store as well his name is Fanuel such a pleasure to speak too and also very helpful!! “I went to the Brass Mill mall location for help getting my sons phone reset because of problems with the screen. I had been to 2 other locations for help and was pretty much blown off. I was lucky enough to get Emily who took her time, figured out a strategy and completed the reset for me. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Emily is the best! Don't lose her!”

“I was having problems with my phone so I went to the W.Main Street store, not helpful whatsoever. The girl/lady running the store was eating corn chips. I can smell it when I walked in. She did NOT stop eating. She continued to touch my phone,computer & every other machine in the room, ugh, she continued to put her hands in the bag & eat corn chip after corn chip & stuff em in her mouth!After all this, I decided to go to the store on Lewis Avenue. She was very professional. Took care of my problem & I was on my way.I recommend Lewis Ave, rather than W.Main Street.”

“Was not too busy. Customer service associates were very helpful and kind. I’m only giving 4 stars because 2 times now on a Friday opened approximately 15 min lates instead of opening at 1100 am it was opened up at 1115 am and 2nd time I was there before 11 am till 1115 am then I left parking lot to McDonald’s and checked Google it said open. I went back and it was opened up.”
