Katie seemed shocked to hear he had been banned from another groomer. He's so well behaved for her. Its so nice to drop him off without fear for him or the groomer! *Disclaimer on photo* We ask for a square cut rather than rounded like a normal golden doodle cut.

171 Winthrop Road, Deep RiverWe called at 12:15 on Christmas Eve because our dog cracked her nail and it was in a spot we were concerned wouldn't stop bleeding. They were finishing up a patient and closing soon because of thr holiday but they still let us come in. They were able to sedate our dog, remove the nail and get us medication and out the door in less than an hour. We are so thankful they stayed a little late to help us as upon driving by the emergency vet in Middletown on the way to a family gathering a few hours later we saw a packed parking lot and I know we would have been there literally all day and night if we had to go there. I know the bill would have been at least double there as well.

Traveling with my service dog by airline seemed a daunting task and Janice thought of ways to mimic going through TSA, boarding a plane and settling down while not getting distracted by other travelers. She was creative and effective in her training methods but the proof is in the pudding : we successfully traveled across the Ocean to Europe and also rode trains with Luna. I highly recommend Janice and her team.

160 Main St, Deep RiverThe street tacos were so good! We got the mild green salsa and it was excellent. So excited to have this in Deep River! The restaurant is so nice, fresh and beautifully done. The food and service were amazing! Definitely stop by and try it!

439 b Main Street, Deep RiverYou know a place is good if you find it full of local, down-to-earth people. Cozy spot inside of a converted barn (building is in back). We squeezed into a tiny high top on the ground floor, not realizing there was more seating upstairs. The potato skins were full of gooey cheese, and were crispy on the outer skin - nicely done. We enjoyed the good beer selection. For the mains, we tried 2 different sandwiches and split them for each other. The Engineer chicken was the better choice with a cheesy, spicy sauce that went well with the chicken fried to perfection. The deadwood burger was also good, even if it was a bit messy. Overall, a great local restaurant in a rural part of the state. Please consider swinging by if your in the neighborhood.
