“I couldn’t be happier with the 2017 Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited Firefighter Edition I recently purchased from Mike’s Famous.
I especially want to thank Rich — whose business card calls him a “Dream Maker.” In my case, that description is pretty accurate. Rich was great from the start. He made the experience enjoyable and personal, and I never felt like I was simply another motorcycle sale.
I also want to give credit to GM Kyle and Tyler in finance. I had concerns about the original financing and a couple of additional products included in the deal. I brought those concerns to them, and they listened and worked with me. The products I didn’t want were removed, the financing was looked at again, and they ultimately got me a 9.9% rate and a deal I was comfortable with.
Things don’t always go perfectly from the beginning, and for me, what really says something about a business is how they handle a customer’s concerns when they come up. Mike’s Famous stepped up and made things right.

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Bunnell’s Auto Body in New London! After an unfortunate run-in with a deer, my truck needed some serious attention — and Jeremy Bunnell made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish.
Not only did they repair the damage flawlessly, but the turnaround time was much faster than I expected, which significantly reduced my downtime. On top of that, the final cost came in below what I anticipated.
I also mentioned to Jeremy that I wanted to eliminate the chrome on the front of my truck if possible, and he went above and beyond to source and paint the right parts to make my vision come to life. The end result looks incredible — honestly even better than I imagined.

“In early 2026, Northeast had quoted me a certain and reasonable price on installing body lights, strobes and a power supply cord for the dump body that I had installed on a 2008 F550. The work performed was flawless and well within the quote.
More recently, on October 1, 2026, Northeast had quoted me for a Buyer's electric tarp system. I arrived at 8a. By 8:05 Matt was working on the install. It was an all day job. The work performed was done in a truly professional manner. Neat and secure wire placement , nothing out of place. An absolute perfect job!
I would recommend Northeast Truck and Off-road for anything truck and Jeep related in the accessory department.”
