“I had a great experience at the BOA Meriden site. Durrel Boahen the bank manager created this experience. I walked in to have documents notarized-without an appointment-the entitled behavior of the customer -Lol! to top it off he was in the middle of something super important-he told me to come back next day with the promise that I will be taken care of. I came back next day and he was just as busy, BUT, I was taken care of. I recognized a great leader when I see one, especially one that’s public facing. I thank our bank manager for the impact he has made on me and my community in Meriden. He is not cos playing, he is the real deal!”
“The new parking lot is nice however the change of parking caused me to park on the other side and I needed to walk across the grass to enter in upstairs and needed to go downstairs. The entry doors need better marking if we can enter upstairs on the left.”

“Last week, I visited the Wallingford, CT branch and was helped by Veronica Morelli, their assistant branch manager. I had fraudulent activity on my account and Veronica worked tirelessly (about 45 minutes 1 on 1 with me) to get me my funds back. She showed empathy to my situation and took it personally that I get a return of my funds. Her efforts paid off, and my money was recouped. I’ve always had positive experiences at all of the Liberty branches I’ve visited, but Veronica absolutely went above and beyond to help get my money back, and I’d like to give her the recognition she deserves.”
“This location i use the most in town. I like the setup the Drive up ATM . Today i made a deposit at the ATM with the wind took some cashout of my hand .I lost it but chatted with a staff member and they were wonderfully supported and i wish i knew her name to give her todays credit . They seem the most consistant .”
