Pet Sitting & Training

Blue Prints Dog Training
17 Maxson St, MysticBeing a family of 4 with two kids, we knew we needed some help with training after we got our pup, Whiskey. Being a 3-month old puppy at the time, Whiskey was always jumping at the dinner table, and constantly trying to steal the kids things for his own. We contacted Jesse from Blue Prints Dog Training, and she came directly to our home and gave us the best tools and advice we could have! The fact that they are willing to come train in our home, made for the best outcome in training our dog for these certain scenarios where training at a facility just wouldn’t do. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Blue Prints Dog Training services for all of your training needs!

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Sift Bake Shop Mystic
5 Water St, MysticLOVE THIS BAKERY!! Our first time in Mystic and we stopped in just for a coffee, ended up leaving with half the store! The almond croissant is amazing. The salmon sandwich is a must have, and the coffee is very good. During a road trip we made sure to bookend the trip at Sift. The ordering process is swift and efficient, and staff was friendly and relaxed, even on a very busy Sunday morning. I look forward to coming back very soon! Mystic itself is beautiful but not complete without a stop at Sift.

Lis bakeshop
15 Holmes St, MysticThis place was so cute, all of the decorations inside were extremely nice and they had extremely good chocolate chip cookies! The caramel latte I got as well was absolutely delicious. When I’m back there I’d love to try more they have a really good diverse menu that kinda leaves it open to anyone! - Also the staff were extremely nice and really friendly! I just asked a few simple quick question but the lady was so patient with me thanks so much!! Will be back soon

Mystic Fish Camp
4 E Main St, MysticGreat lunch! The price point is spot on for the quantity & especially quality of the fish. The local catch of the day for the fish & chips was Red Drum. Excellently seasoned batter & tasty flakey fillets. The fries were just the right amount of crispy & the salt & vinegar onion rings were def ride or die! Possibly the only fish & chip experience I’ve had that there was no need for any condiments. Well done to Peter & his amazing team. Looking forward to tautog & blackfish season showing up on the menu.

Karma Kitchen Mystic & Juicery
15 Holmes St, MysticI planned places I could get a good vegan meal before even setting off for Mystic. Karma Kitchen was high on my list.
The service was okay, nothing to write home about. And the atmosphere is that of a 50s diner with loud noise coming from the kitchen.
I was looking forward to the food based on reviews. I ordered the Chickpea & Mushroom Marsala. It was so salty I felt as though I was drying out the entire day after having it for lunch. The sauce was too liquid, too. Nothing was added to thicken it at all.
I recommend trying something different unless you can ask them to adjust the amount of salt they use.
Overall I would return again to try something different on the menu because the prices are the best in Mystic.

Taquerio
30 Broadway Ave, MysticBeautifully decorated for the Holidays! With a special themed holiday menu! Unique and fun! Food was awesome and reasonably priced. Service was perfect. Only thing is half of the seats are the worst most uncomfortable kind of bare bones hard bench seats. The other half of the seats are great! Thank you for lunch!
