All that changed when I got to the WestFarms Mall store. Everyone greeted me warmly and got right to work assisting me with setup. They set a good example -- and earned my 5 star rating -- for Verizon, the company, of positive customer service.”
“The manager here, Timothy, is the best T-Mobile employee I have ever dealt with. He actually knew what he was talking about and solved my problem, the first time. Usually it takes me several visits, multiple phone calls and 2+ days to get even simple things taken care of.
My phone broke and I was unable to do anything or log into any of my accounts because I couldn't complete 2 factor verifications and he still found a solution.
He was patient, knowledgeable, fun, professional and just amazing. I didn't be going to any other locations ever again. Best store the company has imo”

“After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”

She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in an efficient manner. My new Verizon iphone that I purchased online would not operate properly as the sim card that it came with did not function and I needed a new one. Leticia patiently and efficiently diagnosed the issue and resolved it. She worked with my for about 45 minutes to make sure all issues were resolved. Now that is excellent customer service! Samsung requires an additional piece that plugs into usb-c slot to use headphones so that was the first thing they didn't have, next was a usb-c wall charger longer than 3 feet. They only had 3ft... i.e. 1 meter.
I had them put my new screen protector on but it wasn't done well and the next day 2 of the corners were already lifting up!
They were very pleasant”
“Dealing with people is hard and takes a certain trait, even more so when they are demanding and have a store full of customers. I’ve done both; retail and in food service. When that door opens and you see a flood of people coming through, especially during a period in the day when people are in a rush..it’s tough.
Not for Abdul Wall..he handled every customer respectfully, fast, and with courtesy. Knowing my situation where I’ve got TVs on 2 separate ends of the house and one without a cable wire run, he went above and beyond and even gave me a box where it didn’t have to be hardwired with cable going all throughout the house.
