“Applied for my passport today at this location. Made an appointment and it only took about ten minutes! Super duper easy, friendly, no fuss at all. Even had my photo taken for the passport there. Would definitely recommend to use this location for passport needs. New location in Goodwives has a ton of easy parking and it wasn't busy when I went at 2pm”

“This was my first time going to the Wilton post office since moving here and I had a pleasant experience. Kevin, the USPS employee who helped me, was kind and professional. I noticed that they have a self service kiosk but I didn't use it but definitely good to know. The post office in Wilton is very nice and right in the town center. I would recommend this post office to anyone living in Wilton or surrounding areas. Giving them five out of five stars.”

“Staff here helped me out big time today. I mailed a package of returned items and an hour later my wife realized she packed her orthotics in one of the boxes. I raced back and the staff here dug up the box and and I was able to get the orthotics back. Would have been a disaster otherwise. Thank you!”

“Went to this Post Office last week. There was a line and the female who was working so hard and professional had an impatient customer yelling at her that they should get more help. A customer thankfully stepped in and said “it’s not her fault - call your congressman” He continued to complain but I let him go ahead of me and said “They are working hard here”
She handled the situation with class and dignity and won the respect of everyone there.
That said wondering why it takes the post office 4 days to deliver a certified letter to the next town - but I digress.”

If they had a self-service kiosk it would help this place out SO much.
