“I want to give a huge shoutout to Kaitlyn Gray at Secor Subaru. Although I purchased my Crosstrek from a different dealership, I chose Secor as my go-to place for ongoing maintenance.
What really stood out was how Kaitlyn and the team went above and beyond for me. The dealership I originally bought the car from sold me a maintenance plan under false pretenses. I was led to believe I could use it at any Subaru dealership, which turned out not to be true.
When I arrived at Secor and explained the situation, Kaitlyn didn’t have to do anything extra, but she did. She made sure my oil change was taken care of on the house simply because she felt bad that I’d been misled by another dealer. They had no obligation to do this, and I didn’t even ask them to. But Kaitlyn and Secor truly stepped up for a new customer, not knowing if I’d ever come back.

“Don't trust your car to anyone else! I found this shop thru a desperate Google search, back in Nov-Dec 2023, when all the shops my insurance company directed me to were booked well into the New Year! They had a higher rating than just about every other garage within a 25 mile search area.
So I called Absolute Auto Body and they took my car the next day. I am so glad they were able to fit me in! This shop does high quality work, pays their employees a fair wage, and they use only high quality replacement parts! In addition to the cosmetic repairs, they also found some structural damage my insurance adjustor missed, and my insurance company agreed to pay for those additional repairs! My car is now safer, and it looks brand new! Since then, I've found (by remarks from local friends), that I actually chose one of the best body shops in the New London area! Owners Mike and Danielle are fair, honest, and a pleasure to do business with! They keep you updated on the status of the repair, and it was completed in a timely manner!
If you need collision repair work, don't waste your time with the insurance companies' "direct repair centers!" I highly recommend you call Absolute Auto Body FIRST! You'll be glad you did! I know I certainly am!”

It’s 25F. I was stopped at a local gas station, trying to figure out how to work my jack stand to change out a (VERY OBVIOUS) flat tire. Cold and tired from working all day, and now trying to figure this nonsense out.
Last time I changed a tire out for a spare was 12 years ago, and this was obvious.
He stopped by me, sitting on the spare figuring this out, and asked if I needed help.
Without hesitation, I said yes, and he proceeded to go over all the pieces I had out, and also explained step by step what he was doing so I would know in the future. He made sure the spare tire PSI was correct before leaving, and wished me a safe drive home.
If this is how their staff is off hours, I can only imagine how kind and understanding they are on the clock. I will update this review when I stop by and grab his name on Friday.”

“I had a very good experience with the Advanced auto parts store in New London Connecticut. I had only nine minutes to purchase a battery charger before AutoZone closed. I went to the store and an employee locked the door as she saw me approaching the door. She walked away and would not Even look at me as I knocked on the door. Knowing that I did not have much time, I drove quickly to the Advanced Auto Parts Store that was nearby. The store employee happily greeted me. He said that his registers would shut down in two minutes at 9 PM. I grabbed a battery charger and he quickly rang it up for me. He was so polite and helpful with such a short amount of time to make my choice of charger. I now shop at Advanced Auto and no longer go to the AutoZone that I have been going to for years.”

And a big shoutout to Sandy Farrell, the Business Development Specialist, who answered my initial call. From our first conversation, her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and excited about my visit. She was quick to respond and made contact with the team a piece of cake.
Overall, my experience at Hoffman Audi of New London was nothing short of fantastic. This team truly knows how to treat their customers right!
