First up, Jason Klioze, my sales rep—made it feel pike working with an old friend! He was not only super knowledgeable about the Audi lineup, but he genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. Jason made the whole process feel like a fun adventure rather than a chore. His enthusiasm for the brand is contagious, and I left feeling like I got the perfect car for me.
Then there’s Tony Garofolo, the General Manager. Truly a stellar example of dealership management! He has created such a welcoming atmosphere at Hoffman Audi. It’s clear that he prioritizes customer satisfaction, and it shows in the way his team operates. You can feel the positive energy in the showroom, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. Not only that, he is accessible and happy to assist unlike other management at other dealers.
Robert Duncan, the Finance Manager. He made what can often be a stressful part of the car-buying process feel like a breeze. Robert walked me through all my financing / warranty options with patience and clarity, ensuring I felt completely comfortable with my choices. I really appreciated how he worked to find a deal that worked for me without any pressure.
And a big shoutout to Sandy Farrell, the Business Development Specialist, who answered my initial call. From our first conversation, her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and excited about my visit. She was quick to respond and made contact with the team a piece of cake.
Overall, my experience at Hoffman Audi of New London was nothing short of fantastic. This team truly knows how to treat their customers right! I absolutely love my new Audi S8, and I can't thank everyone enough for making this journey so enjoyable. If you’re in the market for an Audi, do yourself a favor and head to Hoffman Audi—you will absolutely not regret it!!

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Kaitlyn Gray at Secor Subaru. Although I purchased my Crosstrek from a different dealership, I chose Secor as my go-to place for ongoing maintenance.
What really stood out was how Kaitlyn and the team went above and beyond for me. The dealership I originally bought the car from sold me a maintenance plan under false pretenses. I was led to believe I could use it at any Subaru dealership, which turned out not to be true.
When I arrived at Secor and explained the situation, Kaitlyn didn’t have to do anything extra, but she did. She made sure my oil change was taken care of on the house simply because she felt bad that I’d been misled by another dealer. They had no obligation to do this, and I didn’t even ask them to. But Kaitlyn and Secor truly stepped up for a new customer, not knowing if I’d ever come back.
That level of integrity and kindness is rare, and it’s exactly why I’ll be trusting them with my car from now on. Thanks Kaitlyn, and thanks Secor Subaru!”
“The nice man (I think he’s the owner I didn’t get his name sorry) looked at my side mirror and put it back into place with his hands and said someone bumped it but it was nice that he did that and he said he was a fair man. “Don't trust your car to anyone else! I found this shop thru a desperate Google search, back in Nov-Dec 2023, when all the shops my insurance company directed me to were booked well into the New Year! They had a higher rating than just about every other garage within a 25 mile search area.
So I called Absolute Auto Body and they took my car the next day. I am so glad they were able to fit me in! This shop does high quality work, pays their employees a fair wage, and they use only high quality replacement parts! In addition to the cosmetic repairs, they also found some structural damage my insurance adjustor missed, and my insurance company agreed to pay for those additional repairs! My car is now safer, and it looks brand new! Since then, I've found (by remarks from local friends), that I actually chose one of the best body shops in the New London area! Owners Mike and Danielle are fair, honest, and a pleasure to do business with! They keep you updated on the status of the repair, and it was completed in a timely manner!
If you need collision repair work, don't waste your time with the insurance companies' "direct repair centers!" I highly recommend you call Absolute Auto Body FIRST! You'll be glad you did! I know I certainly am!”

“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My car battery died in my apartment complex and Anny said if I can get myself to the store, then she can have one of her staff get me back to my car to jump my car, then bring my car in. Ended up getting my car jumped by her staff member, and having the new battery installed, in less than 30 minutes! EXTREMELY helpful staff (thanks Anny and Andrew!), great customer service, and good price considering all the free help in jumping my car and installing the battery.
I called both AutoZone and Advanced Auto Parts initially and both locations told me I had to come in and buy jumper cables, then jump my own car and bring it in, then they'd see if a battery would fit (not super helpful).
Anny ensured they had a battery that would fit and worked with me on the phone before coming in, so it was an extremely streamlined process! She also made sure to add any discounts to my purchase that she knew were available so that I'd be getting the best price.
I will absolutely come back in the future!”

After a horrible experience at the Groton Auto Zone yesterday - 3/17/26 (see Groton, CT Google reviews), Dave found me the correct rotors for my car and got them ordered. Thank you so much for righting the wrong of another store! He should go over to the Groton store and do some housekeeping! And train or terminate a few people there, and get that location back in line with Auto Zone’s values and customer service.”
