“Great deli and market. I was there for lunch and the line was long ~20 people in front of me. To my surprise I was back in my car in about 10 minutes. They hustle. The sandwich was very good and size was what you expect, not massive but you definitely got what you paid for. I will be back.”

“Always great customer service. In so the years I've patronized this station, I've neve had any issues with staff. They are friendly, personable, and treat everyone good. You cab get lotto here, snacks, drinks, car stuff like oil, air fresheners. Also can find some basic shelf groceries, like chef boyardi , soups. You can buy ice here, also. They have coffee and Danish, or hard rolls with butter for morning nosh. You can put air in your tire. I saw a sign for vacuum but I'm not sure they actually have one. Maybe they used to. Gas prices are comparable. It's easy on and off either Sackett point road or Quinnipiac rd. Plenty of parking space for running in.”

“always a wait, but not too long. it's near where i work so i have 3 opportunities to check (am, lunch and pm!). the gas prices are great and lower than anywhere else. it's what convinced me to get a membership. the station is well lighted, attended to and in good condition. i feel safer at this station than any other ones.”

“It's been a while since I've been in this store since I moved out-of-state but It really hasn't changed. The only thing I would say is that it continues to get more expensive. there is one bright spot though, and she helps at check outs.. she's always friendly and upbeat and going out of her way. She's amazing and I don't even know her name.”

“Most of the staff here are incredible and very helpful, always friendly and welcoming. My most recent visit was May 15 at 2:17 pm, Register 7 Cashier #464854; she was the friendliest and most helpful cashier I’ve ever experienced in Connecticut! I had an issue with the self-checkout register not applying the coupon that I previously clipped and the first cashier I asked for help told me I had to wait for the self-checkout cashier to help me because they couldn’t help me. The employee working at register 7 was very helpful and was able to apply my coupon with no issue, and was so sweet, genuine and helpful. Had to post a good review just for her, I hope management sees this and recognizes her great work! She is a true gem!

BJs has a huge variety of products, and I love the layout of their store. I used to be a member at Costco in Milford and the layout at BJ’s in North Haven is 1,000 times better than Costco! The aisles are wider and everything is easy to navigate, at Costco I always felt claustrophobic and someone always bumped me with their cart because the aisles are so narrow. Also I think the BJs/Wesley Farms pre-made food is very flavorful and a great option for an easy dinner. I thought Costco pre-made food lacked a lot of flavor and did not like any of their pre-made food options, but BJs had it figured out!!!

Another perk is the gas station, once again easier to maneuver than the crowded Costco station in Milford, and BJs has more pumps too so they can take a higher capacity of customers at once without clogging up the road like Costco’s station does.

This location's service was much better than the one in Fairfield where the manager was super rude and unwilling to help me. Highly recommend the BJ’s Tire Center in North Haven for their reliable service!”
