(Saw so many quaint towns along the way)
Took me full circle back to where I started

“I love Labonne's. They took over a small store, Oliver's that was here for a very long time. They did some upgrades and introduced a variety of new products. While it is costly, the cost is expected for a smaller store chain. They usually have baggers and there's someone that will help you if you need help to your car. Customer service is perfect, even from the high schoolers that work there. I wish they had more of a cake selection or rotated out what they offer. I miss their sushi.”
“I love this Big Y. I started going here because it had the best prices for my meds. I found the staff at the pharmacy amazingly nice you might even say Happy and helpful as well. The prices on the wings and chop meat this week can't be better and the staff at the register was equally as pleasant. Highly recommend.”

“Rarely (almost never) do I randomly walk into my Big Y, and not be able to get exactly what I typically use or need. Pricing (regardless of coupons) is always competitive, always fair, and offers great one-stop shopping. They should receive awards for their “Hot Items - Take Out”. If you haven’t tried at least the pizza, you’re missing out…. Always a pleasure when I shop at any Big Y.”
“LaBonne's is a great store. Produce is always fresh and they carry organic as well. Gourmet items can always be found in store. We had exceptional salmon that we ordered a few days before July 4th. The Butcher stated that they would carve the salmon to order and they did! Beautiful succulent salmon steaks. Our holiday lunch was fabulous. Thanks, LaBonne's!”

“This place is an indispensable in Watertown Connecticut and surrounding towns. Sushi is terrific and many other products are superior. There are two downfalls that make this a four-star review instead of a 5: 1 is the fact that the prices are a bit steep on products that cost the same at other places. The second is the lack of selection. But all in all are very solid place to make a quick trip.”
“Great prices for members only. Because of the low price, they are usually crowded. It is common not to get a receipt when you request one at the pump. Some of the buttons at the pump are worn-out, so if you don't have them memorized, you can't answer the 'yes' or 'no' questions.”

“Visiting from MD for a family reunion here in Connecticut. Lots of Deli shops to choose from in this area, decided to choose a smaller local shop for lunch. Cold cut ham sandwich, and Philly steak sub were delicious!!! Also tried the raspberry crumb cake they had, SO good! Will definitely come back next year! 5/5 stars. Prices are fair, 8-9.00 for a Grinder. Baked goods are 2.99. And costumer service is off the charts. Such sweet people!”

“I’ve been going to new morning since I was a kid. Lots of changes there and I’m not sure I love them all. I hope they get their fresh juices and menu back! Check the expiration dates too! Not sure if things are just not selling or they don’t have the staff to take them down. Sadly I ate something that I didn’t realize was expired and got sick.”
“ShopRite is a awesome clean friendly place fresh meats from the butcher fresh seafood from the seafood department fresh deli meats from the deli department. They rotate there merchandise. Now once stop and shop close in November in Ansonia Connecticut. ShopRite and BJ's wholesale club will be very busy since Ansonia Connecticut don't have a grocery store at all . Wish price chopper would take over where Big Y was that would help out ANSONIA Connecticut tremendously!! With can / bottle returns selling news ?️ papers as well.”

“Clean and well staffed check out area but deli could use some help as I took 20mins to attend to 3 customers- had just one person behind the counter at peak hour on a Saturday mid morning.Meat area, specifically the beef section could use some help as the selection is minimal.Produce is fresh and rotated frequently. Beer selection is good for a supermarket with always a sale going on”

“Staff are excellent. Good prices on most items. Sometimes, I find items there that no one has at a great price. Produce, like any grocery store, must be checked over for freshness. I recommend going there first, than hitting the bigger chains for the rest of your needs. You will save $$”
“Rebecca the girl at the florist shop at big Y in Monroe ... I can't say enough, people like her is what make this supermarket the BEST! I went there to buy flowers (just 2 min before she punch out) she helped me with a smile on her face and went beyond wrapping my flowers with 2 minutes left ! Just wanted to say I do appreciate YOU so much and thank you for helping me. Big y, you're so lucky to have her in your team !!!”

“Best prices in gasoline around! If you get a BJ's credit card you can get an additional five cents to 15 cents off per gallon. The lines can be long but if you go to off hours you can get in and out quickly. There is also an air pump for your tires which is hard to find today”
“The people here is what you call hard workers they are short on staff at times but they manage to get quick at ringing items when super busy even help to saving me money on top of it. Would shop here for quick shopping experience.”
“This Stop and Shop store was clean, organized, and very well stocked. There were plenty of staff on the floor for assistance in locating items that have been completely rearranged. The prices at this location appear to be much higher than they are at other branches.The organic fresh food area and their Nature's Promise section is one of the best aspects of this store. They carry a full line of both fresh and frozen products for every dietary preference.”
