“I recently shipped a high-value piece of equestrian equipment through the Southington UPS store. I was so nervous to pack it, as it was high quality and the buyer paid a lot of money for it, so I felt it would be more responsible to have a professional pack it. It was also a sentimental piece that I was hesitant to sell, and it was emotional for me to drop off. I received a message from the buyer today, and they said it was impeccably packed. She said it was “immaculate” and that I should “reach a class on shipping.” I was so relieved! I told her I had it professionally packed and that I would definitely be using UPS for all of my future packing. I’m sure she will, too! This was a very stressful item for me to part with and I really appreciated the care taken in packing and shipping.”

Malinda rang my items up for me she then went above and beyond to help me get into my old staples account, it dates back to when I had a landline, so that's how old it is. “HIGHLY recommend- Had the most helpful experience this past week! I traveled to my sister’s house from MA and realized I forgot my work laptop charger mid-day. Before I headed to the store, I called to make sure they had the charger I was looking for. I got there and grabbed the charger that I thought was right for my laptop. While I’m checking at the tech desk, the guy who I was on the phone with me had put aside 2 different versions for me already !!! It was the sweetest gesture. I wish I got his name because I really want to make sure he gets recognition. If of any help, I went in on Monday 1/22.Can’t thank this associate & store enough for helping me with my scramble :)”

“day before thanksgiving, what was i thinking but ive gotta say, ANDRE @ checkout was super helpful and made me aware of how i could get coupons. ended up saving $20 on an ink cartridge. he knocked himself out helping. now that i think of it, last time i was in @ printing the gentleman at the counter was really great too! i was hesitating about going in but im glad i did. Andre slso told me about price matching for the dreaded ink cartridges if that particular kind is available at Walmart or other stores. Couldnt be happier!”

Amazon gets my returns in a timely fashion. I get my refund. The short young man behind the counter is always friendly.”

“I have my mailbox at this store. The owner and staff have always been friendly and courteous to me and I've witnessed many customer interactions that were the same. The negative interactions are typically from a customer yelling at the staff usually caused by the customer screwing their own stuff up. I'm confused as to why there's so many bad reviews but I think it's mainly from entitled folks. #1 The UPS store didn't cause the pandemic. #2 The UPS store doesn't control your crappy buying habits that lead to you needing to return your crap back to Amazon. How do I know this? Because I have to stand in line behind you folks every day to get my mail. Buy your own packing tape. Bringing an open package to return that's not taped is like wiping your a** before you go.”

“12/29/2023 I would like to start by saying I don’t do the business review thing but I had to absolutely do this review. Middle aged women here who is not computer savvy and usually have a difficult time when it comes to computers. I visited the UPS Seymour location for the first time to do a return. I had the pleasure of Keisha as my customer service representative I must say she greeted me with a smile and she really went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me with my return she had so much patience with me and also suggested other alternatives.
