“We had a very short stay. Just long enough to give us some shut eye on our long drive. Even though it was short, it was great! Andrea and the other woman who was working at the front desk were amazing! I have been to a lot of hotels and they were the nicest and friendliest receptionists! They were fantastic! Our trim was clean and comfortable. We have 2 dogs and they enjoyed the stay too! Since our stay was short, we did not use any of the amenities. Looking forward to staying here in the future!”

“I was stranded on the highway and ended up staying here for the night. Is this the Ritz? No. But it's clean, everything works, I felt safe. The guy at the front desk was quick. The price was great (book directly with the hotel, it'll be cheaper than through one of those booking sites).For a shelter in a storm, this place is perfect”

“My boyfriend and I had to do a last minute booking of this hotel for CTcon because the original hotel caught fire and closed.
We were pleasantly surprised as the check in and check out process was very quick. When we checked in the person at the desk called the housekeeping staff to make sure our room was clean and ready for us. When we went into the room we could tell it had just been cleaned and restocked as the floors were still wet from being mopped. The bed was very comfortable and the showerhead was great. We also were able to see my boyfriend's car out our window.
It's on the outskirts of Hartford so just make sure you are careful. Don't walk around by yourself and make sure your car is properly locked and protected.”
“After a bad experience at another Best Western location in January, I was ready to boycott best western all together. However, my stay at the Hartford, CT location this weekend changed my mind. The room and entire hotel was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Anthony at the front desk was professional and accommodating. He went above and beyond and is an asset to Best Western Hotels! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Anthony!”
“This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Hartford, about a block from Dunkin' Park (home of the Hartford Yard Goats!) and near many nice restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gym is small but reasonably well-equipped (two treadmills, for my fellow runners). My only complaint was the included breakfast: a narrow range of choices, clearly constrained by what can be microwaved and no more. A little grim, honestly. It's not difficult to do a more enticing breakfast and this showed a disturbing lack of effort.”

“Great location, budget hotel offering clean quiet rooms and not much more. Our "queen" room actually a single twin bed rather cramped for two big men, and only one towel available to share. It's clear there's a substantial resident population living there full time but I have to be fair and say that noise overnight on a Saturday was kept to a minimum, and the common areas are extremely well lit. Several fast food and fast casual places in easy walking distance.”

“When I traveled to Hartford on a weekly basis, this was my go to place. The staff was always very pleasant and when out of their way to welcome me. Close to a few river walk trails and a 10 minute walk to downtown. I really enjoyed staying there. Sadly, it has closed down.

“This is my second time staying here and I will stay here again in the future! Rooms are clean, towels smell like bleach, bedding also smells freshly washed. This motel is only minutes away from Union Station which is a huge plus! Lots of restaurants in fast food nearby! This place is great for the price! Can't complain! I'm a very happy costumer!”

“I can’t say better about this place!!! Fast, accommodating, clean, friendly, great service! Fresh remodel, I hope management continues taking care of it the way they are because they will see great prosperity this way. Parking is good, convenient location, and people who care about quality. Do not let the outside appearance fool you. Truly haven’t stayed at a place this well taken care of in a while. Very refreshing. Keep it up! Will return!”
