“These people are great. Our team was led by Melissa and had Jake and Chris. They were very hardworking and professional. They came in under budget and it took less time than anticipated. They delivered all boxes without a scratch. Actually one of the men said he was sorry but he thought he scratched my desk. I looked at it and said- Oh I did that several years ago. He was going to take responsibility even though he wasn't sure how he could have done it. I highly recommend the company.”
“I rented a Storage unit over the summer from additional attic storage. I only needed it temporarily and moved out in the middle of the month. Patty was awesome to work with and made sure that I got the difference back for the months rent I had already paid. The unit was brand new and super clean. I would highly recommend renting a storage unit from additional attic storage if you need one!”

“After having multiple problems and poor interactions with the Springfield/Union Street office, I moved to using this and the Boston road office. Both are 100% better experiences than the poor quality management and staff at the Springfield/Union Street office. Transactions are consistently smooth and friendly. Staff has actually bathed, sober, customer focused, and extremely professional. Equipment is clean, organized, and functional. Most importantly - NO drama, just good service. I would highly recommend this location (Birnie Ave). Someone should send the Union street to this location for training.”
