352 Hartford Turnpike, VernonThis is a gem of authentic Vietnamese food in a non-descript shopping mall. We ordered the rare beef pho, crispy crepes and Betel Leaf Rolls. All three dishes were freshly made and delicious. The Metal Leaf Rolls were crispy, sweet and has a complex taste profile. The soup base in the pho has the good balance of saltiness and sweetness.
By the way, as an added bonus, the bathroom was nice and clean.
