I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Nicole. She is absolutely exceptional, and I feel so fortunate to have found her!

What makes her so special is that she only takes one dog at a time, and you can actually stay and watch your dog being groomed. That may sound like a small thing, but it makes such a huge difference. There’s no leaving your dog for hours in a cage, surrounded by other dogs, listening to all of the barking and anxiety, and wondering how stressed they are. Instead, your dog gets her undivided attention in a calm, quiet environment.

Nicole has many years of experience and it really shows—not only in the quality of her grooming, but in the way she understands and connects with dogs. She has such a calm, gentle, reassuring presence. You can tell that she genuinely loves dogs and knows how to make them feel safe and comfortable. She is incredibly patient and kind, while still being efficient and getting everything done beautifully.

I was so impressed watching her work. My dog was comfortable, relaxed, and clearly trusted her, and that means everything to me.
And considering the personalized, one-on-one care she provides, her fees are extremely reasonable.

I have used other groomers before, and honestly, this experience was on a completely different level. Once you see how much calmer and happier your dog can be when they aren’t spending hours in a busy grooming salon, it’s hard to imagine going back to the traditional way.

If you love your dog and want them to be treated with genuine care, patience, and respect—not just groomed—I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough. She is truly a gem! ❤🐾

I had such a positive experience at Winslow Park Veterinary Hospital. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for.I especially want to recognize Carmen and Amanda at the front desk, as well as the veterinary technicians and the entire staff. Everyone was kind, patient, professional, and compassionate. They made a very stressful situation with my dog feel a little easier. Dr Ottolini bedside manner was amazing. She took the time to review my dog’s entire history, explain her X-rays in detail, and walk me through what has been going on with her health. After spending so much money over the past few months and going from appointment to appointment without feeling like I had clear answers, I finally felt like someone took the time to listen, explain everything, and help me understand what was happening with my dog.What stood out to me the most was that I never felt like it was about the money. The focus was on my dog, her health, and figuring out what was going on. Dr Ottolini showed genuine compassion and concern, and I left feeling much more informed and at ease.
Nowadays, it can sometimes feel like veterinary care is more focused on the cost than the animal, but that was not my experience here.When your dog is part of your family, having people who understand how much you love and worry about them makes all the difference. I’m extremely grateful for the care my girl received and would highly recommend Winslow Park Veterinary Hospital. ❤🐾

Hands down the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had.
I brought my 10 year old pitt bull Petey in for a consult to Dr. Westerfield to see if his skin cancer could be treated with cryotherapy.
Pete had the most comprehensive physical exam of his life from nose to toes (literally).
Petey can be an anxious guy particularly during a physical exam but here he was happily examined for close to an hour (in no small part due to the fabulous techs/assistants who he instantly fell in love with). Everyone there is outstanding. Friendly, kind, smart, experienced and fun. The environment is calm and relaxing.
None of my pets have ever been examined with this level of detail and thoroughness.
Amazing place and people ❤❤❤

My dogs absolutely love TownHouse! We’ve been coming here for years and have always had a wonderful experience. I was a little hesitant when the new boarding packages were introduced, but Sarah and Abby were amazing at helping me choose the best options for each of my pups because they know them so well.
The new packages have truly elevated our boarding experience. I have a senior dog, an adult dog, and a puppy and there’s a package designed to meet each of their individual needs. My senior pup now benefits from the extra attention included in the TLC Package. I love that TownHouse doesn’t only offer fun activities for younger, energetic dogs. They make sure senior pups receive special care too!
My two younger dogs also participate in the training programs, and their trainer Victoria is amazing. They always come home happy and, most important tried!
