“Excellent experience. We were walked from our hotel and they accommodated an early rental. The rental was seamless, Aaron was very friendly and there were no unnecessary charges. “Avis Car Rental with budget hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Saturday 8am-3pm and Sunday 9am-2pm. We got a Chrysler Pacifica van for our yearly its nice we checked the Honda Odyssey but unfortunately it was a no good and we have to take pictures of the rental cars so we can see if its damaged seriously or not just to be on the safe side and always take pictures of the rental cars before you rent them it better to be safe than sorry.”

“We ended up with a minimal Bed Bug problem and Quest was the only firm we felt comfortable with. Karen was very knowledgeable and put us at ease about the problem and what needed to be done. My wife and I had numerous questions and called regularly to confirm what actions we needed to take and what was required. In each case, Karen was patient and reassuring. The Tech arrived on schedule and completed the treatment professionally and and in a timely manner. We highly recommend Quest Pest Control.”

“Jennifer saved the day. Book a vehicle last minute through the app. I was booking a Ford Expedition. Showed up to the Manchester location and they did not have a vehicle for us. I then called Hertz and they told me the Weston street location has the vehicle for us. I showed up to the location and of course they did not have the vehicle. We were able to work with Jennifer and she was able to get us in a vehicle that suited our needs. She was professional, great attitude, and made the best of the situation. 5 stars for Jennifer, 1 Star for Hertz back office. Why does Hertz back office let people book cars that are not available. Bad customer service for the renter and makes their employees job 10 times harder. Hertz needs to do a better job of inventory of their locations.”
“I recently picked up a vehicle from the lovely team at Avis. My flight was incredibly delayed and didn’t land until 1:45am. I was so thankful to this team for staying late so I could pickup my vehicle and drive to my final destination over an hour away. Had they not stayed, I would have had to stay overnight and miss valuable work meetings. They were so patient with me, and made sure my vehicle was working (it was a hybrid and I thought it wasn’t starting… oops! It was so quiet didn’t hear the car turn over). All in all I couldn’t be more thankful for their amazing level of service.”

I booked my car through priceline, which surprise messed up and did not confirm that there would be a car to rent before renting me a car. When i got to the budget car place the staff was funny, nice, and did not mind that i got there right at opening for my car. Managed to get an upgrade out of the mistake and left with my rental.”

“I originally made a reservation for a Fullsize SUV. I was really disappointed to learn that Enterprise Rent a car could not fulfill my request, even though their system said they could. On the day of pickup, Jordan reached out and informed me that they were unable to fulfill my request.
This really put a damper on my plans. I really needed a vehicle capable of transporting at LEAST 9 people. Even worse, it seemed that there was nothing they could do for me. No enterprise within a 30 mile radius had a fullsize SUV.
After speaking with Jordan, he assured me he'd figure something out. Several hours later he found me a 12 passenger Ford transport van.
It wasn't the luxurious, in style vehicle I wanted! But it was the vehicle I didn't know I needed.
Over the weekend we ended up transporting a total of 11 people at one time. We didn't just all fit, were were all comfortable. We made it to our event and back safely. There was not a single complaint. The van had plenty of charging ports, cup holders, the AC worked perfect, the radio was great and we all had an amazing time.
I thought I wanted to ride in style, but instead, we rode in extreme comfort and I could not have been more grateful to Jordan for coming through for us.
I will absolutely be renting another transport Van from Enterprise for any of my other big group events thanks to Jordan's help.
While Enterprise was unable to get me the vehicle I wanted at first, they showed me the vehicle I'll want from here on out for this specific situation.
