Words cannot express how truly grateful I am to the entire team at NECC. Dr. Richter and his staff helped us improve the quality of life for our 2 cats and never gave up on us. He was kind, patient and realistic when we were creating the plans and was so knowledgeable here. He goes above and beyond to help and was kind enough to call me after my cat recently passed. We just had josh for a week with our unique and challenging situation. 2 dogs(one less than a yr old high energy lab, the other a 8 year old lab mix not good with stranger dogs), a parrot, 12 chickens, and a small fish tank. Josh handled it flawlessly with clear communication. Made our vacation so much less stressful. Highly recommended and will be using the services again. Also very affordable services.
