“My favorite thing to do when I travel is to drop in to CrossFit gyms. I'm a CF nerd and coach for 8 years. I have probably visited around 20+ gyms and this is the best experience I have ever had. I was able to sign up online very easily. Right away the coach, Aman, welcomed me when I walked in the door and made me feel comfortable and explained all the housekeeping details of their gym. By the end of the class, he had also introduced me to every single person in their gym! He was awesome. I loved his calm demeanor about him when explaining the workout (I learned a few things from him!) , his classroom management was top notch and his communication on movement standards reflected true virtuosity in a lighthearted way. Aman and CrossFit DC is the perfect example of why anyone who tries CrossFit gets life changing results.”

“I just finished my last class at Orange Theory georgetown - not by choice, I love the place - but solely because my insurance plan no longer covers this type of gym. I highly recommend it - their coaching and attention to detail is awesome. Lucky you if you get one of Brandon’s classes ‼️? his personality is so fun and I loved his playlists. It made the workout fly by. I’ll miss Orange Theory but if you need fitness goals this is the place ??”

“I really appreciate the coaching staff, they are helpful and provide feedback on how to improve your form. They put a lot of effort into creating playlists that are fun and motivating. There is also a nice sense of community amongst the members. Once you get to know the familiar faces you start to feel like you've joined the family. Overall, I've really enjoyed my experience here. It's nice to have met so many wonderful neighbors. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid workout in a great atmosphere!”

“Always been a Rocky fan! And had to learn boxing in my life! So yeah, 2024 was the year to start learning the craft!A random search on google and I found DBC! All it took for me to get a membership was just 5 mins of talk with Coach Aaron and the best thing that I was looking for which is “Real Craft”. By real craft I mean, you get to spar, fight, test what you learn.It’s been 3 months since I joined the club. Had some sickness for 3 weeks, and when I got back, it felt like coming back to Home!That’s what DBC really is!!!! A home with an amazingly talented family!”

“I can't give enough praise to Foundation Fitness and the Georgetown staff. From intake with Kimior to a year later of working out with the amazing Michaela, I have had a great experience. It is evident that Kimior has put much thought into creating a gym environment that is warm and welcoming to people of all ages and in all stages of their personal growth. I love that they emphasize health in its entirety--including sleep, nutrition, stretching/flexibility, muscle growth, fat loss (if that's your goal) and even a positive mental health. Michaela, in particular, has been an absolute blessing to my health and wellbeing. She is always ready to adjust my workouts based on my ongoing injuries and soreness, and has even implemented more mobility work to help with my injuries. It's like PT and a workout all in one, so instead of just feeling sore and in pain, I feel sore and strong. Thank you to this wonderful team and place. Happy to have found you all.”

I am new to the area and this gym, but I can already tell the difference in training and workout quality from many other crossfit focused gyms. There is an importance placed on form immediately, and a great leveling program to create a strong foundation steady upward progress. The owner, Graham, is steep in health and nutrition information and even speaks about the local history. “I've been coming to F45 for a bit over a year. I was pretty skeptical about it, but this gym has seriously exceeded my expectations. The coaches have been great about helping me progress and adjusting exercises for my long-standing shoulder injury. I've really appreciated the flexibility when it comes to things like pausing a membership for travel or illness, and the extra workouts and events the team offer.If you're not familiar with F45, some days have cardio classes, some have weights/resistance, and some are hybrid. The classes are 45 minutes long, which I appreciate because I can take a class on my lunch break.If you told me two years ago that I'd hang out with people I met at the gym, I'd tell you something about you being bad at predictions, but shockingly I've also made friends at this gym, even though this wasn't remotely my intention. Who knew! Anyway, if you're on the fence, I recommend you check it out, there's always a good intro offer.”

“I have always struggled to work out consistently until I found Fit360 about a year ago. While there is a wide variety of excellent classes, I’ve mostly taken classes with Brian. It is so evident that Brian loves what he does, and he genuinely enjoys carefully crafting each class so that it is as dynamic and effective as possible. Brian pushes you to grow, and this was the first time I was encouraged to be intentional about choosing my weights and challenging myself to progressively increase and lift heavier. “It’s been 3 months since I met Jon at Bench Gym. I had never been to a gym before and I had been really frustrated with my body shape and my weak strength, at that time. I tried Yoga classes or Palate classes elsewhere but felt overwhelmed with the pressure from my peers and trainers. But Jon, as well as Dominic, helped me regain my confidence and optimism by offering me super professional instructions and encouragement. I really appreciate it. I used to feel reluctant to exercise but now I no longer feel scared and uncomfortable when it’s time for my training session. I have to admit that I still have a long way to go but with Jon, I feel confident that I can make it. I strongly recommend them to all, especially those who need more confidence and support for their training!”

“This gym got me through grad school! A quick workout that was easy to fit in with my schedule, I was able to burn off nervous energy and develop arm muscles (the biggest I've ever had)! Always loved the staff, they are friendly and also push you, but also supportive in adapting exercises or honoring when it was a win just to make it to the gym. “This is a signature club, although it doesn't say so anywhere. The membership costs more, and regular Crunch members aren't allowed to enter free, which helps maintain its exclusivity. While the equipment is somewhat dated, the club has a good amount of space. I’m giving it 4 stars for not properly advertising that it is a signature club.”
