This was my first time visiting a Longchamp location and purchasing any Longchamp goods. Heurglon was so patient and helpful and offered genuine feedback on mixing and matching products and styles. He knew their products very well and listened genuinely for what style I was going for!

I had an amazing experience at this Longchamp. Heurglon was very helpful and a great sales associate when it came to helping me decide a color for my first tote. Definitely will be coming back in the future.
