Went to mail a package Dec 23 and sign on the door at 4 pm said “Closed for Lunch.” Raced to Tennly Town and the one agent behind the counter talked on her cellphone while 15 people waited in line. USPS is going to hell in a hand basket.

If you rush here after work to mail a package before they close at 5pm, you may find a sign saying that they’re out for lunch from 4-5pm.

The staff is so rude. Service is not professional at all. Not even trying to o help but charge for everything.
