“I was locked out of my phone and all I needed was the SIM card code Which I didn't have. I called the company and was told to go to a Metro store to bring my ID and I'll get my code ??? I went to Chi Chester by the karate place she couldn't help me like it was something out of this world, had No Clue, and then I went to the Brookhaven store same thing happened. Now in the back of my mind I kept thinking about the store in Claymont that always has helped me. So after a bit I brought it to the Metro store in Claymont the guy had No Problem went on my account and BAM I have my phone infact my phone locked up on me again and when I went back to him he had No Problem unlocking my phone again Plus he wrote down my code in case it happens again. Now he's a professional knows what he's doing and I didn't even get charged I would've gladly paid. Really Nice and Helpful. Thank you ?”

“Zim’s was awesome! I reached out right before Christmas to see if they could transfer some tapes as a gift, the answer was yes of course and it was done within 48 hours, even discounted for one of my tapes since it was only 6 minutes. They evaluated the full amount of tapes I would like to do and gave me a big enough thumb drive to hold them all. If you have been thinking about doing this don’t look anywhere else! Plus you don’t have to ship your tapes and worry something will happen to them. Can’t wait to have them all done!”

“I visited this location today and had a very good experience with the 3 employees who assisted my grandmother and I. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately by two friendly faces a man and a woman (they wrote their names down for me but I misplaced the paper), the man instantly helped my grandmother and I. He was very informative and patient due to a mix up with our previous provider. He helped as much as he could and we left very satisfied with our visit to this location. I would definitely recommend this location because not only did the employees treat us with over the top great customer service but each customer after us got the same great service as we did. Also the location was clean inside and out and the atmosphere was professional but relaxed so overall it was a 10/10 experience I will definitely be returning for any of my T mobile needs. I was at this location on 10/15 around noon.”

“HRO in general is awesome. And Harry was the man at New Castle. He was always polite always welcoming and so so helpful. He had to leave for a personal issue and since then I have been dealing with random sales people all of them seem very smart. Sometimes a bit awkward asking a question because they don't seem very receptive to questions and not very enthusiastic. Maybe I got spoiled with Harry. If I can give one piece of advice : bring Enthusiasm into your client interactions. Everything else will fall into place.”

“I want to give a huge shout out of thanks to DML for their help when I was in a bit of a bind a couple of weeks back. I was on my way to work when my car (2011 BMW 3-series) started overheating. Seeing the steam rising up from my hood, I knew I couldn't just keep driving. Fortunately, I was only blocks from DML, so plodded my way in bumper to bumper traffic up to their lot and pulled in. One of the mechanics came right out to me seeing the steam. We popped the hood and he confirmed his hunch of a split coolant line. They were completely booked up for the day, but offered to attempt to fit it in as soon as the next day if he could given their workload.

I told him I was coincidentally planning to bring it that same afternoon to a nearby import specialist for a completely unrelated repair (hello money pit). Knowing the short distance to the other mechanic, they said it would be safe to drive to the other mechanic once the car cooled down and was topped off. They asked me to hangout for a bit and after about 20 minutes, popped into the waiting room, told me they topped it off and to get moving ASAP because it was slowly leaking out - No charge! I hopped in and was on my way.

Fortunately, the stars aligned and the lights were green along my route, so I made it just as the temperature and steam started to rise again. So THANK YOU for the very kind gesture and free assistance - as a result, I’m scheduling my next routine maintenance with DML and look forward to the start of a long-term relationship with the shop.”

“A big shout-out and well done to the folks at Overture and in particular Robert Bobo, Jamie Wilson, and Cory Beaver. I was looking to upgrade my phono preamp and found Overture with an online search. They gave me an excellent trade-in price (a rare thing indeed!) for my existing preamp (a Parasound JC3 Jr) towards a new Parasound JC3+. The transaction was fast and seamless and I soon had the new JC3+...which turned out to be a defective unit, the first time that's ever happened to me with a new piece of audio gear. Overture contacted Parasound, I shipped the defective unit back to Overture and in just a few days had another new JC3+, which sounds absolutely sublime. It was a pleasure doing business with the Overture professionals and I highly recommend them. I will certainly use Overture in the future!”

“These guys are awesome! I went there a few years ago as a newbie for a radio, while I was happy with it, as I learned more about them I found they had sold me a very good radio. While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. “The service representative Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The service representative on the phone was uneducated and gave this man an extremely hard time. He is so well versed with his knowledge on Metro technology that he had to coach the reps on the phone regarding how to do job. He was very professional with me. It was 15 mins before closing and he worked on my phone for hours. I haven’t met a person with that sort of work ethic in any customer service experience in a very long time. I’m so impressed. He is an asset to MetroPCS and it would benefit this company to hold onto him and give the man a raise!!”

“Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”
