The new layout is great—set up more like a café with individual tables where a staff member gets you started and then moves to help others while your phone is loading or downloading. It felt efficient and well thought out. The whole process was quick, smooth, and low-pressure, and we appreciated not having to make small talk while waiting for downloads to finish. A modern, customer-friendly approach that works well.”

“HRO in general is awesome. And Harry was the man at New Castle. He was always polite always welcoming and so so helpful. He had to leave for a personal issue and since then I have been dealing with random sales people all of them seem very smart. Sometimes a bit awkward asking a question because they don't seem very receptive to questions and not very enthusiastic. Maybe I got spoiled with Harry. If I can give one piece of advice : bring Enthusiasm into your client interactions. Everything else will fall into place.”

“Came here to express how great of an employee Minnie is. My Mom and I came in to transfer eSIM cards for multiple phones, and she was so extremely patient, despite various technical difficulties with multiple customers. She was BEYOND helpful. I genuinely am still in shock with what she was able to do to make sure all my data was successfully transferred from my old phone to new phone. No exaggeration, she saved me weeks of storage configuration work. Whatever she’s getting paid it’s not enough for all the work she’s doing!!! I have the time in my day to write this review because the fantastic people over at Digital Office Solutions helped me out, which saved me hours of my life back. I was having issues with a printer and multiple associates stopped what they were doing to help me fix the problem right away. They were friendly and kind, and most importantly, knowledgeable about the issue I was calling about. They were able to not only fix my issue, but offered a better solution so that I won't run into future problems. 5 Star review for 5 Star service. Thank you”

“There was a spectacular employee working here that tried her best to be speedy although she was working alone, she tried to get everyone the best deals and showed she was knowledgeable about the products, but most impressively she showed amazing tact. See, I have a massive infection in my leg which can give off a TERRIBLE odor if not changed daily or sometimes twice daily. I hadn't changed them yet and I know it smelled bad. I think her name was Jesse. Anyway, she was extremely polite even though I know she was suffering. Metro should be proud to have an employee with such excellent customer service!”
“The customer service at Aaron’s was amazing, and the movers were even better. They carried a stacked washer and dryer up three flights of stairs and were very patient the whole time (our apartment staircase is very difficult I my add) They installed and help us work the machine. They also joked with us and gave us good conversation the whole time they were there. I’m happy with their service and the product we received.”

I was greeted very quickly, but it wasn’t a typical sales pitch, he was very happy to help and answered the questions I had. Both the workers in the electronic section were extremely polite. A lot of people I’ve interacted with here have not been the most pleasant, so I was very impressed and left with a smile on my face too. ?”

Verizon was having issues releasing the number, and Steve spent over three hours making sure everything was handled correctly. He was patient, helpful, and stayed on top of everything until my number was finally transferred. I’m so happy we made the switch to T-Mobile. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find!”

“I just purchased x4 pla filament (silk and sparkle) from Printed Solid. I’ve tried about a dozen other companies. Some of those were mediocre, some were beautiful -however the two equally amazing TOP brands in my opinion are Printed Solid and Matterhackers. I can honestly say that Printed Solid filament is on par with Matter Hacker. Printed Solid filament is beautiful- with the rainbow PLA the transition is nice and smooth, the colors are stunning -and true to as described. The packaging is airtight and bubble wrapped, shipping was fast from Delaware to Washington State. I was so ecstatic to find another company as great and reliable as Matter Hacker but with more filament options in color ranges. I am so impressed and so HAPPY! Thank you for providing such exceptional service and such a high quality product. I will definitely be purchasing more filament from you down the road. ????? ??”
“I bought a replacement projector lamp for my Optoma UHD50 that has a "Phillips" bulb in it. It has completely refreshed the projector. I had 3,740 hours on my lamp in the “Bright” setting and I was starting to notice that it was getting pretty dark. For how easy it is to change out and how AMAZING the picture looks I am thinking that I am going to replace at ~2,000 hours. I am blown away with the image because it’s like I bought a new projector. I didn’t even remember that it could be this bright that it has HDR-like qualities. Last night I was watching a movie where there was a flashlight that was turned and pointed at the screen and it made me squint, it was glorious.”
