“What a great store! I have been to this store a few times to purchase Stihl items and it's always a pleasant experience. I had an issue with other Ace stores trying to purchase a Stihl battery on sale and these guys came through. Thank you Tim and Brian, you guys are what old fashioned customer service is all about! It's worth the trip to Milton because they really care about their customers and it shows.”

“Ace Hardware is always so happy and helpful. They greet me when I enter, then help me find exactly what I need. And always carry and put in my trunk the heavy stuff (like the 40lb bags of salt for my softener, and the big bags of bird seed).”

“Truly appreciate this location so much. Every time I walk in with a specific need or project, every employee I have come across to help me has been incredibly helpful and so kind. Kevin was a lifesaver today helping me in a pinch with a broken down freezer for my store. Even if they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, the staff are happy to help point you in the right direction every time. Not just a great store, but an awesome place full of great people who are each a wealth of knowledge and experience.”

“Barry is professional, courteous, friendly. Just the tech you need for your repair. Fixed a problem we did not realize from a small flap of the ice shoot. More involved than realized. Good job Barry.”

“I went in with questions about a septic pump and Aaliyah made sure I got my questions answered quickly. She even advised on getting a warranty and how to handle those claims if they came up. Overall a great experience.”

“Wow ! We came to buy two blinds . We met Randal . He was kind, thoughtful and unbelievably helpful. We had just left Home Depot. What difference!. Person there was not Randal . He wasn't into giving much information information and we would have had to wait two weeks . HD choices were more expensive too . Randal was great !”

“Today I had to return/exhange a pack of lightbulbs. I asked Holly at customer service if I could exchange them at the returns. She was kind and compassionate and proceeded to communicate which aisle to go get more bulbs. It was simple but these simple interactions can make or break a business. She is an asset to Lowe’s in Lewes.”
