“Dealing with t mobile over the phone was brutal. Stopped into this store to resolve an issue. Josh has the patience of an angel, worked out our problem as we were switching over from Verizon. Activated everything and helped transfer all Apple IDs into the new phones. In a world of brutal customer service, this guy actually cares and went above and beyond for our family.”
