“I visited this location today and had a very good experience with the 3 employees who assisted my grandmother and I. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately by two friendly faces a man and a woman (they wrote their names down for me but I misplaced the paper), the man instantly helped my grandmother and I. He was very informative and patient due to a mix up with our previous provider. He helped as much as he could and we left very satisfied with our visit to this location. I would definitely recommend this location because not only did the employees treat us with over the top great customer service but each customer after us got the same great service as we did. Also the location was clean inside and out and the atmosphere was professional but relaxed so overall it was a 10/10 experience I will definitely be returning for any of my T mobile needs. I was at this location on 10/15 around noon.”

“Great customer service. Got 4 lines. I would have given 5 but we had some hiccups with the phone service and I had to contact customer service 2x to handle the issues a day after getting service. It would have been nice to know all of the free phones they had at the time and I didn't have to ask. No one likes the Samsung a12 they got but it's free, not complaining much.”
