“Darius was great in helping us with adding my wife to my plan. He’s friendly and professional while also being relaxed making us feel comfortable. He helped me realize that I qualified for a business account and saved us money not only for our cells but also on our home internet. Henry, the manager came by to introduce himself and talk with us while there were no other customers to help. He’s also super friendly, the store just has a good atmosphere. We were going to switch my wife online but are happy we went to this store instead.”

“I’ve found this place through Google and happy that I did as I was initially unaware of this establishment. I brought my phone in due to my screen not working. Upon meeting the owner, he is very pleasant, professional, and informative. I then left my phone with him in hopes of fixing it. Sadly, the issue with my phone was beyond their scope but I truly appreciate the honest effort in fixing it - as well as the owner not charging me (not even for labor) due to being unable to fix the issue. I fully support any place that works with integrity like this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner even recommended a place to me to help fix my now motherboard issue.”

“On or about September 29, 2025, I pre-ordered the I-phone 17 Pro. I met the area manager, Brian, as well Dylan and Cliff, on this day. The phone was anticipated to arrive in a week. It was delayed however.
Whenever I arrived, staff were extremely accommodating. I took my new IPad early and store manager, Cliff, was extremely knowledgeable when I had issues with cellular data setup prior to a trip on Amtrak.
I later returned to town to be told my phone had yet to arrive and met Andrea. Miss Andrea apologized and assisted me with a phone charger issue.
Upon arrival of my phone, Miss Renee was in training with Dylan, who for whatever reason became my favorite AT&T employee for his very calm demeanor. Dylan appears to try and problem solve all matters without asking for assistance and is proactive over an employee who’d prefer customers leave. The young man is extremely honest in a world full of liars.
Renee exudes a natural smiling energy that can’t be included in her training packet. I hope she goes far with the company without knowing much about her future work ethic. But I’m a fairly good judge of character. Keep up the great work team and everyone deserves a raise Mr. Brian. I’m very satisfied to choose this store over ones in other locations.”

“There was a spectacular employee working here that tried her best to be speedy although she was working alone, she tried to get everyone the best deals and showed she was knowledgeable about the products, but most impressively she showed amazing tact. See, I have a massive infection in my leg which can give off a TERRIBLE odor if not changed daily or sometimes twice daily. I hadn't changed them yet and I know it smelled bad.
