“Very friendly and helpful employees! Online showed they had a lock assembly for our sliding door, went there, and wasn't in stock. The employee did a search and found one in Gainsville. He called and had them physically set it aside for me! I am very thankful!”

“We went in there for a few items while waiting for Gator Homecoming ... and what a friendly place. To start with, they have a Shop Cat that you will adore, I just wish I remember the name correctly. We were told that people come in just to visit the cat and I believe it. The staff were great with finding our needs for a generator quick fix and we're a pleasure to talk with. After walking the store I about decided that if they didn't have it, you probably didn't really need it. Outstanding store!!”

“The place to go for home repairs. The workers are very knowledgeable,and it's abig store. So ask for help ,the guy in plumbing had me out the door in just a few minutes and set me up with exactly what I needed. I was really pleased when I got under the new kitchen sink and everything went right together.”
“Went into Lowe’s Saturday, February 9th around 730-800pm, to look for a dryer belt. Had a hard time finding the guy in that area to help us, as we looked on our own but were unsuccessful. When we did see him, all he did was tell to go back to the same row we just left and look on the wall, as they were hanging there. We went back a second time with no luck. Of course he was gone when we came back to the appliance area. We happened to go the lawn mower department and the associate there didn’t know too much about them so we went on to leave. The man from the lawn area came outside to stop us from leaving because he decided to research it and thought he found some. To make a long story short, he went back to the area in the appliance department and helped us find the belt we needed. I wish I would have gotten his name because he went above and beyond helping us. He needs to train some of the other associates that work there what customer service is.”

“I frequent this store regularly, often several times in the same week. Lacey is great to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable as to products needed to get the job done. There online ordering makes things so easy too. I can order something and have my daughter pick it up and not have to give here a detailed explanation of what I need for her to go and find it.
There prices and reward programs are great too.”
