“Just wanted to make a shout out to Brad and all the other employees in this establishment. They really go above and beyond when helping you. I came in with a flat bike tire and Brad helped me find tire slime, let me bring my bike in the back and helped me every step of the way to fix my issue. He even put air in my tire so I could ride my bike out of there. Talk about customer service. Brad, if you're reading this, you're a real one.”
“Adam at Ace Hardware went above and beyond. He cleaned my Stihl blower right there in the store, quickly and carefully, and didn’t charge me anything.
That kind of service is rare. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in helping customers rather than just making a sale. The blower is running much better now, and the whole experience was straightforward and positive.”
“I have to admit , 8 years ago when we moved to this area I was not at all impressed with this Ace location , as a matter of fact I would drive out of my way and go to the Chiefland location . My first time shopping at the Bronson location they seemed to never had what I was looking for, but as the years went by this store has really grown . I don't know where they put it all but they have it ! This store has everything you can imagine along with a very helpful staff , it's hard to walk in here without a member of the staff asking asking to help you find things . I'm astonished with the amount of tools ,parts ,lumber ,fencing ,etc.. They even have an ice machine and propane refill service , and I'm really blown away that they now even offer chlorine . I used tohave to drive into Gainesville to get chlorine and they have it at the cheapest price than the big pool stores ,way to go Bronson Ace ! I constantly get money off coupons in the mail and they're constantly having deals . I apologize if I ever gave y'all a bad review back then but this place has gone through a complete 360 . I dare you folks to go shop here and not find what you're looking for . Sorry Chiefland Ace , I know you miss me but this store now gets all of my hardware business .”

“I left a gift card at the register that I paid for in a bag. I went home and realized it came back and Jenn and Judy at customer service helped me BIG TIME! They were so kind and helpful. They took their time to figure out a solution as the card was long gone.

“I frequent this store regularly, often several times in the same week. Lacey is great to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable as to products needed to get the job done. There online ordering makes things so easy too. I can order something and have my daughter pick it up and not have to give here a detailed explanation of what I need for her to go and find it.
There prices and reward programs are great too.”
