“Our experience at The Reef apartments has been wonderful from our first tour to move in, The apartments are well appointed and tastefully designed. The amenities are exceptional but the views are the real star! Waking up to the sun rising over the pond is priceless.

“Just moved in a few days ago and just wanted to shout out Evadne. We scheduled a virtual tour from South Carolina and had to sign our lease and get all paperwork done remotely. She was so helpful in answering all my questions and made the process super easy and stress free. After moving in, she helped me finish some onboarding paperwork for my new job and really went above and beyond to make our move as seamless as possible. “Fast response time for any issue I've had since moving in. Had an after hours maintenance issue. Maintenance tech was at my door within 20 minutes. Any issue I've had in the apartment has been handled quickly and professionally.”
“My wife and I have lived at cypress cove for a little better than ten years.The current management team has been the best maintenance is the best.It's an older property, and they do their very best to make it look inviting.And fresh and clean.We've really enjoyed our experience here and plan on staying! Thank you to the entire staff, making our experience as great as it's been!”

“WE LOVE OTTER RUN! It’s an older complex which is why I believe it’s so affordable to live here. There’s nothing wrong with it being an older apartment complex because when things break the maintenance staff is amazing and comes and fixes it as soon as they possibly can depending on severity. The complex pays for pest control to come once a month and spray your apartment, which is amazing because I am terrified of bugs! The office staff is my favorite. Hidie and Karen are the best and Dave, the maintenance guy is my dog’s #1 best friend (Dave carries around dog treats). If you’re looking for a community and a place where you feel comfortable and welcome this is definitely the place for you. We have been here for almost 2 years, we love it.”
“My experience with the staff was excellent I have moved in completely and I am enjoying my new home. Everything is going well. It's the best living here so far, I have nothing but good things to say about Wood Hollow, the homes are absolutely beautiful. I would suggest to my family and friends to move here.”
“I'm giving this complex 4 stars in fairness, because the best pro is that it us by far the lowest best priced apartments on this whole east side in a good area, the biggest con is that the apartments aren't the nicest, and the maintenance guys are Terrible. They are lazy and hide out. It's hard to get them to come fix anything. It took my mom 1 month to get them to replace a sink that had a hole in it when we moved in. You have to way your priorities though, because there are nicer apartment complexes around here that have worse people in them and are more dangerous than here and this place will save you money compared to all the others, so choose your battles wisely. My advice is stay far away from country club lakes and park of milazzo! Those 2 are worse and more expensive!”
“Cannot say enough great things about this community! From day one, the staff made me feel welcome and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. The apartment itself feels like home—bright, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. I love how quiet the community is, yet everything I need is just minutes away. The amenities are a huge bonus, and it’s clear the team takes pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The Property Manager, Mariana is my favorite part of the entire environment. She is quick, efficient, & truly knows how to make her residents feel welcome! If you’re looking for a place where you feel cared for and comfortable, this is it!”
“The first week I moved in my AC shut off. During that time the staff 100% stepped up and had my back. They consistently called and updated me on the status of my AC, set me up with a mobile AC unit while I waited, and profusely apologized. The matter was fixed within days and I am thankful that the staff worked so quickly and efficiently all while being kind.”

“I transferred from Galleria Club last Monday after having lived there for 8 years. I must say I was on edge about making sure I wasn’t treated unfairly with regard to the move out fees based on the reviews. I can now say that I had a wonderful experience working with the property manager Christine. Despite pushback and countering feedback, I feel like Christine advocated for me and ensured that I had a smooth transfer. I really appreciate all that she did and I am thankful that she personally took charge of my transfer. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living at Galleria Club. I would say that no property management is perfect so I definitely had a few instances of communication failures but in the end it was always resolved. Being that I lived there for 8 years none of those moments tarnished my experience. So far I have had a wonderful experience with most of the Fort Family staff and I hope this remains true. Overall, I would recommend living here. The maintenance team is amazing and the property is well kept. Thank you again Christine for all of your help!”

The tour was amazing the model unit was up to par. I would recommend this property. The outside and landscaping was very nice. Great upkeep of the property.”

“Moving in was a breeze. Victoria Miller and Anna Perkins were very responsive and persistent on updating us on the status of our move in. When I read the negative reviews about this place they all seem to complain about THEIR NEIGHBORS and not the actual apartment complex. This complex is equipped with your standard appliances, which is fine. The bedroom is carpeted which is awesome and the floors are very nice. I saw other reviews about being able to hear upstairs neighbors, which I can understand because when I walk around I feel like I'm making booming noise beneath my feet. Other than that everything works perfect and the amenities are CLEAN and easy to access.”

“This is my first ever apartment. It’s close to the beaches and my workplace and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rent is very inexpensive and the apartment itself has been very nice. It’s very clean as long as you keep yourself clean (which you should as a grown adult) and the neighborhood also seems to be very good for kids. I don’t have any kids of my own but it’s nice to see there’s a lot of family’s here.”
