“Honest and great working people. I had issues with 2 car amps and the diagnosed both in a timely manner and kept me in the loop about what the issues were . 1 of the amps I took to a car audio shop and they told me it was bad but the electronic service squad found it to be in working order with no issues. Turned out it was my bass knob and had nothing to do with my amp.they were very honest and very helpful. I will definitely be taking all my electronics to these guys in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They took time to hook my amp up and show me that it was in working condition even though they were busy. So if you have anything that needs repairs trust e.s.s to take care of it and not rip you off...very price friendly and very knowledgeable.”
“Target is wonderful we all know, but what makes this location so special? For me, it’s the way they handled the Onyx Storm book release yesterday, 1/21. Us fans were lined up at 6 am in 40 degree weather to get a chance at a book at 8 am. When the time came, a Target associate escorted the line of 40+ people inside to guest services where all of the books were being held for fast & easy checkout. We did not have to race each other to the back of the store or fight over purchase. The employees made sure we stayed in our line and MOST IMPORTANTLY: they limited purchase to one book per customer. These were special edition releases, so even though I was guaranteed a book near the front of the line, I can’t imagine how the people in the back would have felt seeing customers walk out with 5+ special edition runs (likely to be scalped online). Especially since lots of people at the front were buzzing about buying multiple, some even 3+ copies, despite already having the book at home from midnight release or expecting copies to arrive in the mail that day. Great job Target, for aligning with book lovers instead of amateur-entrepreneurs!!
I can’t speak for the online system that day, but book releases aren’t meant for online purchase. That would be called a pre order, which specifically was not available through Target (as it shouldn't have been). Anyone who was upset about that is just mad that their “hack” to be first from the comfort of their bed did not work out lol.”
“The whole staff is just amazing. I got a washer and dryer 2 months till I own it and its been smooth sailing. I haven’t had any issues at all and when i needed assistance they offered it ‼️ Im telling you now everyone in this store has your back”

“I usually go to the Monument location but since the Manager was not there I decided to go to the Beach location to get the help I needed with my current phone and possibly get a new one. I was greeted by Lizbeth and Rosalba and while explaining my phone issues Vanessa the area Manager came out to assist me.Customer service A+, Problem solving A+. I like the fact that I was there for a while and never felt like a number and all 3 were very attentive to my needs and concerns. This is a cricket that I would come back to because I know that they will get my concerns resolved and I will be treated like a customer and not a number. Thank you so much and am.enjoying my phone !”

“I placed a pickup order and it said it would be ready in two hours. Received the email and text saying it was ready for pickup. My son went to the desk to get it and was told because the order was placed late in the day it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow???????? I place the order around 3pm and there was nothing saying anything like that. Just that it would be ready for pickup in 2 hours. It was 4 items. So I called and Brian O’Malley answered and while I was on the phone with him went and got the 4 items and made sure I got my order. I just wanted to say that nowadays customer service is lacking in most places but not with Brian. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. So please let him know that the Stitch Disney doll he went and found made my 2 year old granddaughter very happy!! Thank you Brian for caring about your customers and being a genuinely nice man!! Oh and Target please don’t say something will be ready and email and text it’s ready for pickup and then say please pick up ASAP due to limited space and then not have it ready. “My phone was beyond repair—my internal system as well as my external screen (front and back) were broken. I originally went to another T-Mobile store, and they pawned me off to a website, answered my questions with “I don’t know,” and had no intention of helping me. After coming to this location, I was greeted by Micheal and Anika who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the process. They explained the different steps I could take as well as all my options for trade ins and any other questions I had! They helped me understand the process and informed me on my best deals! All in all, it was an amazing experience! Special shout out to Micheal for being awesome!”

“I hadn't been to Best Buy in over a year. But I had an amazing experience on my trip there a week ago. I was immediately greeted upon walking in the door and was offered a basket while I was at the checkout counter talking to an employee. She offered a variety of options for what I was looking for and even offered other items and services that might be of interest. The store was stocked and very clean. Everyone I came in contact with was polite and helpful. I'll definitely be back!”
“I rarely go to this store because the Regency location is closer, but they were out of zephryhills water. I had to order it online and pick it up at the Town Center location.

“I went in for a simple warranty exchange. I was greeted by Shane and quickly assisted. Shane helped me with all my questions and needs. Not only that, Shane also discussed upcoming games and PC gaming with me. It was a genuine conversation and made me feel valued as a customer. I didn't feel like just another transaction in Shane's day. Employees like Shane are the reason I continue to take my business to Gamestop and I really hope Shane gets recognition. I highly recommend Gamestop and this location specifically due to Shane's expert customer service.”
