“I usually go to the Monument location but since the Manager was not there I decided to go to the Beach location to get the help I needed with my current phone and possibly get a new one. I was greeted by Lizbeth and Rosalba and while explaining my phone issues Vanessa the area Manager came out to assist me.Customer service A+, Problem solving A+. I like the fact that I was there for a while and never felt like a number and all 3 were very attentive to my needs and concerns. This is a cricket that I would come back to because I know that they will get my concerns resolved and I will be treated like a customer and not a number. “Phone went completely black, could hear something happening, like a voice command. One guy looked at it and said I would need a replacement, ugh. He left, enters Mackenzie. She said let me look at that, went on her phone downloaded voice activation and Voila phone came back on! Still need a new phone, Pixel 6 has had problems. Unfortunately, that will be my replacement..However I'm going out of town and did not have to be with out a phone!! At least I had my phone, thank you thank you Mackenzie! You rock!!”

“Honest and great working people. I had issues with 2 car amps and the diagnosed both in a timely manner and kept me in the loop about what the issues were . 1 of the amps I took to a car audio shop and they told me it was bad but the electronic service squad found it to be in working order with no issues. Turned out it was my bass knob and had nothing to do with my amp.they were very honest and very helpful. I will definitely be taking all my electronics to these guys in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They took time to hook my amp up and show me that it was in working condition even though they were busy. So if you have anything that needs repairs trust e.s.s to take care of it and not rip you off...very price friendly and very knowledgeable.”

I got helped quickly and lo and behold they were out of stock of the specific headphones, but a nearby store had them. Connor personally made a phone call since he couldn’t log me in the system, being I am not a Verizon customer. He made sure the other store set them aside so I could grab them. Big shoutout to Connor!”

“You need to find a way to disable Drive up as an option for the day if you will not be offering the service!!!!! I would have made other arrangements instead of coming in the car with two sleeping toddlers and no stroller expecting drive up to be available since the app allowed me to check in as usual while driving in. “Buckle up, because this will be a long one.I’ve been coming here off and on for about a year now and it’s the best store in town.However, my expectations were recently exceeded when I attempted to quickly sell some items in hopes of acquiring funds for a last minute, unexpected flight to see my father, who suffered a potential life-threatening issue, completely out of left field.Long story short, my dad’s proactiveness made for a short stint in the ICU and the last-minute flight wasn’t needed.Fast forward a week later, and I happened to stop by the pawn shop just to browse and Rob pulled me aside and asked how my father was - I was overwhelmed with such emotion that a man, who meets hundreds of people weekly (perhaps even daily) not only retained the info pertaining to my crisis, but also took the time to ask me about his progress.In a day where customer service has literally become a joke, Rob is one of the few who “gets it” and is probably the main reason why that store in particular is the most profitable.Rob has always treated me fairly and with full respect; he also finds ways to politely tell me if my items are junk; and most recently, has shown me his ability to not only create, but also maintain and build upon previous relationships.I will never forget the week I had, with being scared out of my wits, and then having a valued member of society check in on me.People could learn a thing or two from Rob’s customer service.Rob, if you ever end up seeing this, thank you for remembering to check in on me after a dire situation.
