“I’ve been to a million different places for batteries through Florida and Nick and Will are by far the best place for batteries in the state not just the area.
It felt like I was with family changing out a battery. The prices beat anyone in a 50 mile radius guaranteed and the service is amazing.
Not just me but every family member and friend that needs any battery I will refer to here.”

“I went to Batteries+ on 7/10/25 for a cell phone need. The tip of a charge cord was broken off in my phone. I was unable to charge it ? To make matters worse, we had just had an unexpected death in the family and my phone had been texting/ringing nearly nonstop. The two gentlemen working that day were so kind. They had me out the door in less than 10 minutes and expressed their condolences. I’ve used this business for years because I’m a little tough on my phone. Every encounter has been excellent. Precision repairs and great customer service! I’ll never go anywhere else!”
“I went here to exchange a battery and was impressed by the service provided. A storm was moving in and I was eager to flip the old battery out before I got caught in the rain. One member of the staff insisted on helping me and we exchanged the batteries within 5 minutes. Without their help, I would have most likely been caught in the storm. I'll definitely be back and recommend this spot to anyone in the area.”
“Excellent experience. I have never been to this store but Drey went out of his way to remove corrosion from my mother's car battery. We weren't expecting it to be in such bad shape but he worked on it for 30 minutes in Florida heat. He is a great addition to your company . “Went to this location to pick up a new tail light assembly. While replacing it I went back in for a wrench and Naz and Carlos were super helpful. Carlos ended up offering to complete the replacement for me and he was very fast. Awesome customer service, thanks guys!”
“About a year ago I came here had a battery issue and had to purchase a new battery also turned out when I pulled into the parking lot I had a flat tire.The manager showed his true hospitality and really cared for my issue at hand.A year later I did return back here and thought I had a battery issue but my battery was perfectly fine. His hospitality has not changed. I would not go anywhere else in Orlando for a battery.”

“Let me tell you how lovely and sweet Genitza is. I have no knowledge about cars and panic whenever something happens. I came into the store because my window wouldn't roll up and she went out of her way to help me by going outside to take a look herself! She found the part I needed, gave me recommendations of where to buy it, and sent me to a mechanic that could help me close the window until I could get it definitively fixed.”

“While on vacation my vehicle died right at a major offramp. After getting helped by the Rangers and a Trooper, doing a bit of research and making a call to the nearest toyota dealership to confirm, it turns out the "RSS" in my hometown in Alabama sold me the wrong battery and my car sucked that battery dry faster. The guys understood my problem and got me a warranty exchange fast(to not upset my lyft driver) to get me home...and have a proper argument with that store manager about his Commercial Manager knowledge...I was more than happy to spend my money at that store, because of the staff, for a yellow top optima, if they had that specific group in stock.”
