Even though they make their own batteries they were more than happy to order the Deka AGM 94R/H7 I was after and they gave me a great price! They went above and beyond by helping me to 'delete' the auxiliary battery which was failing even though I didn't purchase a replacement. Once installed and re-wired appropriately, they checked to make sure all the electronics operated normally before I left. -Very competent crew!
Big shoutout to the owner’s nephew who spent over an hour doing the install right, and another team member who 'talked shop' with me. -Just genuinely good people who know their craft.
Everything works perfectly—no electrical issues, no glitches. Fair pricing, solid work, no upsell pressure.

They replaced it free of charge quickly. Paid extra for a premium installation service, $19.99. Took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Leaving on my trip with piece of mind. “SERVICE: The customer service at this location is exceptional! When I arrived, I saw one of the store attendance walking out to assist another customer. He is very attentive, walking the other customer to their car to help with an issue.
Upon entering the store, Jamie assisted us with purchasing an auto part. We weren’t sure what exactly we needed for our car so he came to check out the Maque model and what was wrong with the car after a very quick assessment Jamie was able to grab us the part we needed.
He went even further to tell us that the part was under warranty, but we didn’t even need to keep the receipt they just required a phone number and a name. If the part is defective or breaks within one year, we can easily come back to the same store to receive a new part.
PRODUCTS: this store has everything you could possibly need for your car. No seriously I mean anything if you need parts for repairs supplies for car washes air fresheners oil you name it they have it.
While looking around the store, I also noticed there is a pick up spot so you can order products online and have them conveniently stored so you can grab and go without the hassle of searching the aisles.
They even had hot wheels and Pixar’s cars toys. I thought this was a little funny but also totally makes sense for a store that carries car products.
EXPERIENCE: I chose this store because it was conveniently on the way home from another errand. I found the store on Google and chose it because they were the latest opened auto repair shop in the area. It was great to have an auto shop open late on a Saturday.
The store was very clean and well organized. I noticed that the shelves were fully stocked. I would absolutely come back to this store again in the future.”

“Today was my appointment for FOB key cutting & programming. Drew greeted me upon arrival and quickly got to work. Approximately 30 minutes later I was set to go. I gave the newly cut and programmed key a test-run before leaving and was 1000% satisfied with the new FOB key. Thank you Drew and the other nice young lady whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask for. I highly recommend coming here if you wish to save money versus going to the dealership.”

“About a year ago I came here had a battery issue and had to purchase a new battery also turned out when I pulled into the parking lot I had a flat tire.The manager showed his true hospitality and really cared for my issue at hand.A year later I did return back here and thought I had a battery issue but my battery was perfectly fine. “I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts to get what I needed for an oil change, and the experience was honestly way better than I expected. The manager was super helpful and really took the time to make sure I got the right oil and filter for my car. He didn’t rush me, just gave honest advice and explained the differences between the options so I could make the best choice.
What I appreciated most was how approachable and knowledgeable he was. I don’t know a ton about cars, but he made me feel comfortable asking questions and made the whole process really simple. You can tell he actually cares about the customers.

“I came to this O'Reilly's because the one near my house has not emptied their recycle oil tank in about a month. This location is on my way home from work and I went to dump my oil here.
Most of the staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. The store is clean and looked to be well stocked as well.
My only issue is an employee literally just stood next to me within a few feet watching me dump my old oil. It took another employee to tell that one employee to let me be and to do something else.”
