So glad I switched. also thanks to Joseph the store manger for assisting DD with some of my more complicated questions i had. Could not recommend enough.”
“Have been to this store a few times to upgrade my phones, and every time is an amazing experience. Quick, reliable, and they help out however they can. Ryan helped me with a much needed upgrade from an IPhone 13, to the brand new 17, and was out of there within an hour. Definitely the store to go to for a new phone, and if Ryan’s there, ask for him!”

“Brandon was the overall best sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He works great under pressure. The system consistently was giving him problems. He had to call the center multiple times and had to give repetitive explanations of what was happening. On Monday 6-15-26 our service took over 4 hrs to complete and lasted past normal business hrs. We had to return to complete the final steps of the service. Brandon was a pleasure the entire time. He was competent, patient, and efficient in his abilities. He deserves a raise. I would not entrust our circumstance that night to any other representative.”

“There is not enough praise to say about Angel Peralta at Verizon at crystal river florida. This individual did what no other Verizon employee could do. His tenacity and his knowledge was very impressive. His customer service skills are definitely in place. He corrected the bill on our Galaxy ultra 26's. We had been to the store three times to no avai and broken promises. He called there support and stayed on the phone until the case was corrected. I am very grateful to have encountered Mr. Peralta.
