He wheezed, full of mucous. Sneezing. I give him sinus help and he breathes so good and the thick mucous is resolved. It has truly helped him. I give it to him until he feels better then I stop. I always have it on hand. I ordered the cold remedy as well have not tried that yet. So thankful that I found this for my Otis.

9960 Glades Rd, Boca RatonWe found Vetco through good reviews and opted to try them (our cat had a little wound that needed to be addressed and we just couldn't make it to our regular vet. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and got us in a room right away. Our tech (nurse) was the absolute sweetest and Dr. Rubin was kind and understanding. The estimate for treatment was extremely conservative and no additional services were "pushed" on us. Checkout was a breeze...I left without my girl's cone and meds and our sweet nurse met me in the parking lot and explained everything for me. They are not our regular vet, but they just might become that now. Your pet will be well cared for...and so will you.

Though different owners, the owner at this establishment was extremely friendly and accomodating. We were so happy they found our dogs information in the system, the Groomer ( her name starts with C) was amazing!!! she was gentle with our elderly pom and did a great cut on him. The price is also great :) We cannot wait to bring our other doggie and continue to use your services :)

We came from across town late in the day Dr. B and his entire team stayed until after closing to perform an emergency splenectomy on our dog. Calusa Veterinary Center: Krawitz Anthony DVM
6900 Congress Ave, Boca RatonThey deserve 5 stars if it weren't for Paola, customer service and Bernadette, Assistant Manager's service. EVERY TIME I go to Calusa it's amazing whether it's for my two pups or for my family/friends pups. If I go they always answer the phone kindly and ready to help!!! My 8 month old Bernedoodle was bleeding from his behind. I called his primary vet but he is on vacation. I was advised by his amazing assistant to contact Calusa, as this is where I go for emergencies. Typically, they are helpful immediately. Instead, I was met with such disgraceful attitude from Paola (someone with no medical experience and very little customer service) who instead stated, "If you're vet said to do nothing then do nothing." Of which he did not he is on vacation, I called a medical office for advice.. I asked to speak to someone that can help me just to know if I should bring him in or not and she just repeated her statement. Kindly, I told her every time I call I just speak to someone and they tell me if it's emergency, so I didn't waste their time or wait for vet to return, she again reiterated her statement. It turns out that Paola (on this already stressful day with my pup being sick), coincided with her Assistant Manager (who I did NOT request a call from btw) called me and left a condescending voicemail not only just to make the same statement verbatim instead of getting the proper information herself, as a manager. I understand Paola not understanding her role, but an Assistant Manager should not act this way towards clients that she has never spoke to herself. I usually never have issues this was a shocker. She apparently looked me up in the system without my consent and didn't find me (did not even have my name correct in our voicemail). I have the voicemail she left as further proof of their negligence to assist, and I can share with corporate. I would love for someone to reach out to me. Again, these two are NOT a representation of Calusa. Incredible doctors, fast help, economical!! 10/10 Will still be going to Calusa regardless of the unprofessionalism but the front staff with the exception of Cassandra I believe was her name INCREDIBLE customer service rep!! She deserves the management position. She handled herself incredibly, Paola and Bernadette would go a long way learning a thing or two from Cassandra!

The Time to Pet portal is very intuitive and helped us get everything in order before our meeting. We met Shelly a couple weeks before our trip, she came over and ran through everything with us. We had an international trip so it was important for us to be comfortable with our sitter. She left us detailed notes and shared photos at the end of each visit, which we very much appreciated. She took good care of our cats, their bowls and litter boxes. She also was able to easily access the community and apartment. We will definitely be using Jill's service again.

Best In Boca Pet Sitters

This totaled almost 3months away from my two kitties and I hated the thought of boarding them! Fortunately, I found Holly of Best in Boca Pet Sitters… not only was I able to relax and focus on my medical journey, I was greeted by happy, healthy, fur babies upon my return! 2151 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton9/30/2025 Our first time here and it was fantastic! We arrived about 12:45pm on a Tuesday and it wasn’t busy. We pulled in and saw the meat smoker out back and thought this has to be good! We were right! We were happy they are very dog friendly, so we sat outside at one of the carved log wood tables in front of a fan. Even though it was hot outside, the fan breeze made it comfortable. The contemporary country atmosphere was inviting and cute. There is a bar inside and outside that you can sit at and the bathrooms are clean. I loved the barn does to them. If you want to see the kitchen working, you can walk up to the window and look inside. The menu had so many good sounding options it was hard to decide. All the dishes I saw that walked past us, all looked consistently delicious. My husband ordered the pig pen omelette and I ordered the smoked beef brisket skillet along with an iced coffee with almond milk. I really wanted to try the crème brûlée pancake but was too full after half of my skillet. So I will have to try that on our next visit. Hats off to the chef for the delicious food, nice proportions of ingredients and great portion size. Our waitresses Dana and Caity were both so friendly and attentive! They definitely made our dining experience more special.
