She has been going downhill for a while now, but that didn’t stop Francine from making her look good right up until the end. Even though she had many health problems, I was confident that she was in good hands with Fran. Other groomers didn’t want to go near near Annie but not Fran. If you have an elderly dog that needs a groom, Fran will take care of her. If you are reading this Fran, thank you!

7280 Boynton Beach Blvd STE 100, Boynton BeachThese guys are on point, super friendly staff, they explained the success rate for the IVDD surgery very clearly and we decided to take the risk and spend a significant amount of money in the 50% chance of it working.
Be prepared to spend real money if you want the best and it is not guaranteed.
Unfortunately our pup Cash/ AKA Limp Bizkit has not regained feeling in her back legs at 6weeks after spinal surgery.
Anyone considering the surgery, it is not easy taking care of a paralyzed pup and is a major commitment that takes significant time and effort, especially for bigger dogs. Lifting, draining their bladder, constant baths from them going to the bathroom on themselves, battle with them 3x's a day to get them to take their meds. Urinary Tract Infections.
Not sure how we can take a vacation and leave those responsibilities with someone else.
Make sure you try to prepare yourselves and make a realistic decision.

3591 Woolbright Rd, Boynton BeachI changed to this vet because of the akc registry and its closer to where I live however it takes a certain kind of vet to examine a pit bull and the last vet I seen at this place didn't even examine my dog like I asked unlike healthy pet veterinary they really took their time their and got acquainted with my dog so they could examine her cause she's getting old and she doesnt like people to touch her. So im switching back to healthy pets they are way more.thourogh and I feel like the level of care is much higher. At village Square its like they are just there for the pay check if that makes sense so I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone with big dogs since thats all I have.

Dr. Dell was very attentive and showed a deep level compassion for my pet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dallana and Laly were able to handle my crazy pup without issue, and they were very careful as to not make his anxiety worse. Kenny, the office manager, introduced himself and let us know we could always reach out if we had any questions or concerns. The receptionist was quick and helpful in getting us checked out. Thankful to have found this amazing clinic! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

7410 Boynton Beach Blvd # B8, Boynton BeachWe started coming to fidelity ten years ago with my son’s dog and she needed emergency surgery and Dr Fidel and staff worked with me and saved our dog. Now we have Heidi and they have been great with her anxiety and her care. As for the hours when we had a problem he would call us back immediately and would even offer to come in for Heidi but wasn’t needed after all. We don’t live close to fidelity but I will never change her doctor and he will be with us to Heidi’s last breath.

We missed the taco one from earlier but they had Bar B Q but we opted to go elsewhere to eat. Bar staff was super attentive and even other employees walking around seeing if anyone needed anything, were great. One even sat down for two seconds to quickly chat and was very personable.
