Central Bark West Palm Beach
1503 Elizabeth Avenue, West Palm BeachI cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Central Bark West Palm Beach. Caroline, Anaya, and the entire staff have been absolutely exceptional.
My puppy, Ballon Bleu de Cartier (“Bleu”), is thriving in their puppy program. This is far more than a daycare, it is a place where dogs are understood, nurtured, and given the opportunity to develop confidence, social skills, and positive behaviors in a safe, structured environment.
The staff is knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in every dog’s well-being. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing Bleu is in the care of people who treat her with such kindness.
I would recommend Central Bark West Palm Beach without hesitation to anyone looking for the very best care for their dog.

VERY IMPORTANT PAWS
418 Park Pl, West Palm BeachWe’ve been taking our dogs to Very Important Paws for daycare, boarding, and grooming for several years, and we truly can’t imagine going anywhere else.
The care they provide is exceptional, and their communication is always prompt and reassuring. The facility is clean, well-run, and it’s obvious that everyone on the team genuinely loves the dogs they care for. They are always kind, accommodating, and flexible, which has meant so much to our family over the years.
One of our favorite things is all the extra touches they do—from fun holiday celebrations and adorable photos to special treats and activities that make every visit feel like a vacation for our pups. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make every dog feel loved.
We trust them completely, and they’re the only place we’ll ever use for our dogs. We highly recommend Very Important Paws to anyone looking for outstanding care for their furry family members.

955 Sansburys Way STE 212, West Palm BeachJennifer and her husband are truly wonderful. After a bad experience at another groomer where my dog was accidentally cut near his eye, I was very anxious about trusting someone new. Jennifer was so patient and caring, and over the past year she has earned both my trust and my dog’s.
Now he gets excited every time we pull up and loves coming here. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is in such kind and capable hands. I’m very grateful to have found them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely cares.

Pet Paradise Palm Beach
7100 North Military Trail, West Palm BeachI was honestly prepared to leave a very negative review after my experience at Paradise. I boarded my pets there for a week while I was traveling, and when I picked them up, I was extremely disappointed. They were not groomed as expected, they were dirty, they smelled, and honestly, they looked like they were in worse condition than when I dropped them off. 😔
If you know me, you know my pets are FAMILY, so you can imagine how upset and emotional I was seeing them that way. This was actually my first time boarding my pets while traveling, so the experience was especially concerning for me.
That being said, after I raised my concerns and asked questions, upper management did take the time to listen to me. They were concerned, straightforward, and genuinely seemed to understand where I was coming from. They ultimately worked with me and rectified the situation, including refunding some of the money.
I appreciate that management listened and made an effort to make things right. At this point, I’m honestly not sure if I would return, because I never want my pets to experience that again. I sincerely hope this was an isolated situation and that moving forward, other families will have a better experience with their fur babies.
I believe in being honest about both the bad AND the good, and while my initial experience was very upsetting, I do appreciate the way upper management handled my concerns once I brought them forward. 🐾❤

3245 Forest Hill Boulevard, West Palm BeachI CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! There's nothing bad to speak of. Not only did they save my dogs life (no exaggeration), but they were amazing and kind human beings, extremely supportive during an emotional time. They were BEYOND understanding in so many ways. They allowed me to focus on my baby when I needed to, and were NOT high pressure and money-driven, like most vets.
HUGE SHOUTOUT AND MUCH LOVE to Dr. Grossman who found the issue and Dr. Cuba, the surgeon, who was SO supportive, encouraging, skilled, caring, ALL THE THINGS.
They truly care. They're extremely fair with pricing. I will never take my kiddos to another vet again. We love you guys!!!

Aja Pet Service
345 30th Street Suite 310, West Palm BeachI can’t believe I’ve been using Aja Pet Services for years and haven’t left a review yet—because they truly deserve all the praise! When my beloved pitbull Vince and I relocated from New Jersey to Florida, we didn’t have any local friends or family to help out when life got busy. That’s when I came across Aja Pet Service—and I’ve never looked back.
From day one, Heidi has been nothing short of incredible. She immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in trusting her team with Vince, which is no small thing. Like most pet parents, I’m super cautious about who I leave my fur baby with—but Heidi and her team quickly earned my trust with their professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals.
What sets Aja apart is not just their reliability, but the heart they put into everything. Heidi is always responsive, flexible, and goes above and beyond to ensure pets and their families are cared for—even in last-minute situations. You can tell she only hires sitters who share her same passion and commitment.
Huge shoutout to Kendra, Arielle, and now Caron—Vince absolutely adores you! Knowing he’s in such loving hands gives me peace of mind every time I’m away. We’re so grateful to be part of the Aja Pet Service family. This team is simply magnificent, and I couldn’t recommend them more! ??

Pet's Paradise
2254 North Military Trail, West Palm BeachThe manager Desiree at Pet Paradise definitely deserves a raise or promotion. I had left my cat in their care for an extended period of time over the holidays. She is very feisty and doesn’t typically do well without me. With that being said my cat refused to eat or use the litter box for a period of time. Desiree reached out to me and informed me of the situation. We thought we were going to have to take her to the ER and I was about to end my trip early. Upon reaching out Desiree came up with a genius idea to get the cat to eat. She put tuna in her food and had to place it in front of her. From then on Desiree continued texting me video updates of my cat eating off her personal cell phone during hours that the business was closed, as I was on a different time zone. I have worked with clients for years customer service sadly has died over the years. That is not the case with Desiree. Desiree went above and beyond to help ease both my cats stress and mine. I really appreciate the texts off the clock :) I’m throughly convinced that if anyone else had been a manager I would of had to end the trip early. I really appreciate her care and concern, and extra steps of customer service for my furry baby. Pet Paradise you have an outstanding employee! Thank you again Desiree.
