The wine selection was excellent, and the tapas were amazing. Be sure to try the homemade meatballs and bacon-wrapped dates—they’re delicious! And don’t miss Carlos’s homemade sourdough bread - it comes with, well, everything! All was fantastic, from the food and wine to the warm, personal service. We’ll definitely be back. Victoria's Peruvian Cuisine
111 South 3rd Street, LantanaFrom the outside, this Peruvian restaurant doesn’t look like much, but don’t let the appearance fool you—it was surprisingly busy on a Sunday night, which is always a good sign.
Service started off a little slowly. We were seated and it seemed like we were forgotten for a while—no water was offered and nobody came to take our order. When our server finally realized we had been missed, she was very apologetic, and things improved from there. That said, we still never received any water throughout the meal.
The food, however, was very good. We tried the tiradito 2 cremas and the prawns with rice and potatoes, and both dishes were flavorful and well executed. The tamale was probably the highlight of the meal—honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, although I’ll admit I’m not a tamale connoisseur!
We also tried the cheesecake, which was a bit disappointing. In hindsight, I think we should have gone for something more traditionally Peruvian rather than a dessert that felt less connected to the cuisine.
The blue corn drink was another pleasant surprise—really delicious and definitely worth trying.
Overall, a very good experience with some room for improvement on the service side. The food definitely makes me want to come back and explore more of the Peruvian dishes.

The Station House Restaurant

What a great evening at Station House! From start to finish, the food was outstanding, and Tricia, our bartender and server, made the night special.
We started with bourbon sours and appetizers of jumbo shrimp cocktail and PEI mussels, both excellent! For dinner, we enjoyed a 2-pound steamed lobster and a 2-pound stuffed lobster. Both were delicious, and Tricia went above and beyond by cracking each lobster and removing the meat for us. Now that's service!
We somehow saved room for dessert: Apple Cobbler and White Chocolate Blueberry Bread Pudding. Oh my! What a way to finish an incredible meal!
Hats off to Station House for a fantastic dinner, and especially to Tricia for her wonderful personality, attentiveness, and exceptional service. She made an already great evening even better.
We'll definitely be back, and we'll be looking for Tricia when we return!
