They take the time to answer questions and help find the right food and products instead of just trying to sell something. You can tell they truly care about animal health and customer experience. Pet Grooming

Beach Dogs Pet Salon Inc
119 S 3rd St, LantanaI've taken my dog to Beach Dogs many times for a toe nail trim & have always been happy, but today I left her there alone for the trim as well as bathing. Although I was 30 minutes late returning to pick her up they assured me that it was not a problem. On entering the shop I found my precious Shadow comfortable & contented looking as if she were relaxing at home. She usually has separation anxiety but she was just fine in their care. The ladies did a beautiful job on her nails, cleaned her eyes (tear marks), she smelled wonderful, & she loved the little St. Patrick's Day bandana they decorated her with so much she didn't want me to take it off!! Highly recommend the owner & her staff.

Pet Care

All About Town Pet House Calls
301 E Ocean Ave Suite 5, LantanaMy sweet baby Tito is an eight year old tabby cat and over the years has developed an utter distaste for the vet. They labeled him as a handle with care - he would hiss, scratch, and fight them to the death. He couldn’t be properly evaluated. It’s been years since he’s seen a vet (my fault entirely) and I know he’s healthy, but given his now senior age, I knew it was time for a check up. I figured there had to be others in similar situations so I started to do some research and I found All About Town. I called the office with general inquiries and spoke with Nicole. She walked me through their entire process and was kind enough to share a similar situation to mine which ended in successful visit. It was extremely comforting to hear!
Dr. Steve and Chris arrived to my house early and were very courteous and friendly. They walked me through everything they wanted to do and explained why before meeting Tito. Of course I was worried about their initial interactions given our past experiences, but they put me at ease with their knowledge and expertise. To say the least, I was very impressed with the visit! They managed to do everything they needed to without Tito starting a cat fight. He was tense at first, of course, but the gentle scratches and kind words from Dr. Steve and Chris put him at ease for them to do what they needed. It was, by far, the best vet experience a traumatized pet parent could ask for!!
To anyone who is in a similar situation with their sweet kitty cat, I highly recommend Dr. Steve and his team at All About Town! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our pets when we’re at our most vulnerable!

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Vybes Nutrition
116 E Ocean Ave, LantanaI absolutely loved not only the food, but the staff and customers!! The donuts came out hot and fresh and the drinks were beyond delicious. Not only did Jean give me a warm welcome in, but he also gave me a run down of the menu and helped me order because there were so many yummy options to choose from. It is so hard to find a restaurant I can eat at safely because of my celiac and dairy allergy, but eating at Vybes allowed me to relax and enjoy the food without worry!! Definitely earned a repeat customer from me.

Malbec & More
802 N Dixie Hwy, LantanaThis restaurant/wine bar is a great experience!!! The owners are very knowledgeable and happy to share details of the food and also happy to modify it if need be. I asked for cheese to be left off of my pizza and they put delicious sliced tomatoes in its place. The chef/owner helped us pick out a bottle of wine based on exactly what we like. It was perfect and we ended up having 2 bottles and I bought an additional 2 to bring home. The chef makes a fabulous hot sauce and it’s a must try on the potatoes or the pizza. I feel like I have found a gem in this restaurant and plan on going back frequently. My friend got a pizza flight—3 different small pizzas- and she loved it as well. Happy dining!!!

Victoria's Peruvian Cuisine
111 South 3rd Street, LantanaFrom the outside, this Peruvian restaurant doesn’t look like much, but don’t let the appearance fool you—it was surprisingly busy on a Sunday night, which is always a good sign.
Service started off a little slowly. We were seated and it seemed like we were forgotten for a while—no water was offered and nobody came to take our order. When our server finally realized we had been missed, she was very apologetic, and things improved from there. That said, we still never received any water throughout the meal.
The food, however, was very good. We tried the tiradito 2 cremas and the prawns with rice and potatoes, and both dishes were flavorful and well executed. The tamale was probably the highlight of the meal—honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, although I’ll admit I’m not a tamale connoisseur!
We also tried the cheesecake, which was a bit disappointing. In hindsight, I think we should have gone for something more traditionally Peruvian rather than a dessert that felt less connected to the cuisine.
The blue corn drink was another pleasant surprise—really delicious and definitely worth trying.
Overall, a very good experience with some room for improvement on the service side. The food definitely makes me want to come back and explore more of the Peruvian dishes.

The Station House Restaurant
233 West Lantana Road, LantanaThis was the first time my wife and I had been to the restaurant and we were blown away by the food, service and price. We both had the lobsters. My wife had it stuffed with crab meat and I had my broiled. It was by far the best 2 lb lobsters either have had. The service ( we had Ava ) was unbelievably superior to anything we had experienced at any restaurant. Within 1 minute of being seated Ava came over and introduced herself with water and discussed the menu options being that it was our first time. She was incredibly attentive without being intrusive. And lastly, the price we felt was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. We have spent more for less at other places. If seafood is what you desire than there is no better restaurant to go to than The Station House
