“We had our apartment lose power due to a problem with our oven range at 11pm and Manuel Solano, the Assistant Service Manager came to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes of the power outage and got our power back on.
He was there the next day with a new oven range and everything was fixed. 10/10”
“Had a great experience getting into a wicked nice apartment. Fabiola was, pleasant, patient, and answered every question I had without making me feel like I was pestering her. She was super helpful and attentive from start to finish. I’ve only paid my 1st month’s rent and I can tell you I’ll be seeking to renew my lease when it is up.”

“This has by far been one of the best apartments I have rented from. The staff is responsive, especially Luis Mercado, and the apartments are a great size. The wooden framing does provide an easy medium for sound to travel which I found to be a problem with listening to my upstairs neighbors walking/running and rolling things around. Can’t do much for that I suppose but otherwise it’s been amazing. The lake in the front and especially the back of the apartment are beautiful and really gives you a great slice of nature amongst the city architecture. Another thing is I have never had a bug issue with this complex and to date have not seen a single cockroach. I do however have some spider friends on patio but I like to think of them as extra security to keep the bugs away.”

“I have been so happy since I moved here. The apartment has a great amount of space and looked brand new when I moved in. The grounds are well kept. It makes you feel like you’re on vacation when you get home from work. The management staff are extremely helpful and professional. They have responded in a timely manner when I have had questions. “Such a great experience living her for 4 years! Sometimes the rent is a bit high but I love living here with the use of the pool gym and club house it’s an awesome place to live. We had a pool party the others day and it was great, with all of the free drinks and food it was a blast my kids had a wonderful time and they will love to go again some time soon. I love how the
maintenance people are always here day of or day after request was sent, but to sum it all up, the complex is great and I will never have no complaints??”

Keysa is amazing. She is kind, responsible, and very attentive to her work, always responding to my emails with respect, courtesy, and a sense of urgency. Both she and Amy Sanchez did everything possible to make my move happen, but due to some personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to complete the process.
The place is beautiful and cozy, and the professional service they provide is truly a plus. I felt very supported throughout the process and will definitely stay in touch with them in the future when I’m ready to move. I highly recommend working with Keysa and her team!”

“We have lived here for 3 years now and it was the perfect starter apartment for our first place in FL! So close to disney and lots of food and grocery shopping options. Traffic wasnt terrible concidering its 192. The team here is so amazing - always on top of fixing our issues and being happy to help with any questions. They do awesome community events and catering!! Also food trucks!! The area is nice and I always felt safe. I truly reccomend to anyone that asks about apartments in the four corners area. The only reason we are leaving is because we want a house! If we ever come back to apartment living - this is our first choice!”
“My boyfriend and I have had a positive experience living at Cane Island. The office staff was always helpful and happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. The maintenance staff was outstanding and was very quick to help us with any repairs. The only reason I’m not rating five stars is for four reasons: the valet trash service, the noise of the surrounding location, parking availability, and the size of the gym. The valet trash service is convenient, but inconsistent at times. There’s been instances when our trash has abided by their rules, but hasn’t been taken. The noise in the surrounding area is constant, sirens, helicopters, and road noise. If you have small children or prefer to live in a quieter area just be wary of the location as it is directly on US 192. As for parking, if you have more than one vehicle make sure you buy another parking pass in addition to the one they provide. I believe it’s an additional $75 ( the price could have changed since I last asked) for any additional passes. If you don’t have a resident pass they make you park in guest parking otherwise you get towed. The guest parking is somewhat far away from some buildings and fills up quickly. Also, if you’re into fitness and like to use the amenities in your complex, the gym is very small and gets easily crowded. These are relatively small concerns and some are out of the complex’s control. Overall, I think the service Cane Island provides outweighs these small concerns. We’ve enjoyed living here for the past two years and would recommend this complex to others looking to move to this area.”

“If you asked me 2 years ago when I first moved in, I would have rated this place a 5 out of 5! Now I've dropped to a 2! The roach problem has become unbearable! The parking situation is a nightmare, and we are dealing with gates that work only half the time. Loud party's at the pool on any given night of the week that go into 12, 1, 2, sometimes almost 3 AM! And management, from what I understand is barely here to notice anything anymore, except weekends.Update: MY community management has contacted me in regard to the issues that I am having. They've worked out a plan to help with the insect issues and have addressed all of my other concerns regarding the community. So far I am satisfied with the communication that I have received from my community management regarding my issues. Thank You Camden Hunters Creek!I've edited my rating back up to a 4 star rating.”

“Too many cockroaches, you make a complaint and they do nothing, the administration people are unkind, one day they blocked my phone because I asked them to repeat a number.... bad administration, thousands of cockroaches, just a couple of super nice maintenance men. Noisy neighbors and they have broken car windows... ahhh and many cockroaches, no matter how much you clean, they never leave in case I hadn't mentioned it.”

We have experienced their care personally, on numerous occasions, when we have needed something quickly! We are lucky to have them taking care of us at Ancora!”
“I love this place, they’re always so caring and always thinking about us, the people that work here are super caring a nice. And whenever I have a problem in my apartment I make a call and the maintenance group is right there the next day or even sometimes the same day. When there’s like a holiday or anything special in the calendar the workers always come up with something from a meal or a gift, and even sometimes on a random day they just feel generous and give us a treat. And their community areas are really well maintained, the two pools are always looking clean and the front office area is really well decorated and looks really modern, including the cinema, gym, computer room, and the two lounging area's, their all super well decorated and really clean. Overall Cumberland is a really good living space, everyone working and living here are super social and not weird at all, it’s not a noisy place it’s really calm, all areas are really well maintained, the workers are almost always giving us stuff, and I could mention many more but those are the main reasons I chose Cumberland to live in.”

She is friendly, explained the entire leasing process before any paperwork was signed, and was able to address all of my questions/concerns promptly. She took the time to get to know me and every interaction I had with her throughout the year I lived there was enjoyable! As for the apartment and community itself, I liked living at Evander Square. I believe I had only 1 or 2 issues initially, but Evander's maintenance staff resolved them quickly (the maintenance staff was also very nice and personable). The community is quiet, clean, and felt completely safe. I would lease again with Evander Square!”
