“My husband is a new cast member and we were unsure of the process for loans and refinancing our vehicle, we went in here today, we opened a checking and savings account and we also got our car refinanced for a lower payment with better interest on it. I want to give a ginormous shoutout to Kayla who worked with us today, she was absolutely amazing, very patient, extremely kind and made us feel super welcomed and comfortable the entirety of our time there. While waiting to see if we were approved or not, she got us some waters and talked with us and got to know us on deeper level instead of just knowing us on a customer level! We have never had such an experience like this one, anywhere else. Any questions we had or concerns she always had the answer to it and was very patient with us by explaining the entire process but also informing us of other services they had for any future plans we have and who to discuss it with (like mortgages or buying a new car)! Today I went in because I had to replace my card due to wear and tear, the floater they had in helped me with the process (I believe her name was Paula, forgive me if I’m wrong) I had a brand new card and new knowledge about different cdc’s that I’m eligible for within 20 minutes as well as knowledge about their student banking accounts for my siblings. I’ve never had to wait an unbearable amount of time here”

I am visiting from Arizona and had the wrong directions which guided me through a golf club (I would’ve been there in 3 minutes with these directions) and the security would not let me pass through because it was private property. Instead this caused me to flip around and drive another 25 minutes get there at 5:03. I was so frustrated with these Apple Maps not being updated and security! It was an urgent need for me to make it for my vacation money and I am thankful for this manager Wanda who ended up hearing me out and allowed me to do a transaction through the drive up window.Thanks”

“We opened an account in the Davenport branch of Center State Bank in 2013. Right from the word go it has always been a pleasure going into the branch and dealing with the staff there. Being customers in a different country does have it's issues but we, Southstate Bank and us, have always managed to work our way through them. Even closing our account was a really nice experience, only closed because all our other interests in Florida have now finished.
