“The hotel is super clean and very nice! The room is spacious with a very pleasant smell. The front desk staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast is excellent! The only thing that bothered me during my stay was the dismissive attitude of the woman who was at the bar/ restaurant . I never got her name.she is older with light eyes and short gray hair. At first she was very rude and she didn't want to help me, By at the end of breakfast she was calmer. I liked it a lot, I would come back without thinking twice!”

“I don't book at Best Westerns but took a chance with this one due it being Plus and because of the pics and reviews. It is really nice and clean. Friendly staff at the desk. Maria, the lady in charge of breakfast, was nice and tried to accommodate my diet but was unable to do it. I am thankful she thought enough to try.”
“What can I say the room was comfortable and provided a restful night’s sleep, though cleanliness could have been a bit better. Despite a minor issue with the shower, the overall experience was decent. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.
The hotel offers good amenities, including a BBQ area, a relaxing hot tub, and a well-maintained pool, which added to the pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location as the gateway to the Keys and its proximity to Pollo Tropical, McDonald’s, a liquor store, and a gas station make it very convenient for exploring the area and enjoying local dining and shopping. The pricing is quite reasonable, making it a decent value for the money. While it’s not the best hotel I’ve stayed at, it’s certainly not the worst. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short stay or a quick overnight visit.”

“The front desk was super welcoming, I like her! She’s very informative. I love that the hotel has a lending closet and customer pantry. I am also a big fan of the Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the room.
I am really loving the studio-style suite as well as the complementary crib. I look forward to staying here again!”

“We spent 5 days here during our Florida trip. Ideal starting point for trips to the Everglades and the Florida Keys. We had two connecting rooms, very practical. The floors could have been cleaner. The outdoor area is nicely designed, large and has several covered seating areas. The breakfast room is a bit too small for the many rooms, so on some days we had to wait for a free table. Typical American continental breakfast with a manageable variety. The pool was clean and well laid out.”

“Difficult to find as address in GPS did not drive us there.Rooms were clean and large with nice bathroom.However this is a hotel that accepts dogs and we were woken up at 6AM by a dog yapping incessantly close to us. Probably was left alone while owner went to breakfast. We had come from Europe and dearly needed the catch up sleep. They should put all dog owners on a dedicated floor or at least have a floor for people travelling without pets.”

“The staff are very friendly, especially Natalie. Paul truly went out of her way for my extended stay the worst part at the hotel is the fact that they do not use the air conditioner in the gym. It is hot like a sauna and need to get it fixed ASAP.”

“Awesome hotel with a great location! Clean and comfortable. Tash was amazing and always willing to help, cordial and friendly. The only downside was the breakfast. The lady was super nice but the options were not good on the hot breakfast area. Maybe the management want to rethink about having more fresh hot options .”

“beautiful room.. only had a few hiccups but overall it was great .. toilet didnt flush but office had maintenance at my door in less than 10 minutes n fixed it immediately.. the a.c wasnt blowing as well as it should and maintenance showed us what temperature to keep it on to get best results and after a few minutes all was well. very helpful staff . quiet and peaceful stay... my only problem was that the pool was closed temporarily and i was not informed of this. My original plans were to go on a vacation to visit family and jump in the pool during my vacation and that was not able to be done since the pool was closed. I found it was closed after i get all ready and walked out to the pool and seen the sign i was very disappointed that i was not told at check in time .. otherwise i would have probably gone elsewhere so thats the only reason i had to take a star away . Thank you for a overall nice restful night”

I extended my stay 5 nights based mostly on his customer service and professional as it helped me navigate a difficult transition.Walkability: Grocery next door, several restaurants, and cafes with in a a few blocks. Great location.”

“A remarkably good hotel - we used this place as a stepping stone to the Keys. The room was clean and tidy with easy check-in.
It's in a good location for dining, Walmart as well as Gator Ally, where we went for an airboat tour through the Everglades.
Breakfast was good too - much better than expected.
Highly recommended”

“Small Motel very well located, our rather dated room with carpet which gives the impression of dirt was clean, impeccable bed, no animals detected. On the other hand, it says washing machine, dryer and ice maker, this is false, nothing works, the machines are now used as trash cans.
