“We reserved 13 rooms for our annual jet ski trip to Key Largo, and every member of our group had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the entire visit.
A special thank you to Sunny, the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our group was taken care of. Coordinating parking for multiple vehicles, jet skis, and trailers could have been a challenge, but Sunny made the entire process seamless.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the overnight security was an added bonus. Security patrolled the property throughout the night, giving us peace of mind that our jet skis and trailers were safe.
We will absolutely be returning next year and plan to make this our hotel of choice for our annual Key Largo trip. Thank you again, Sunny, for your outstanding hospitality and dedication to your guests. It truly made our stay exceptional.”
“Very, very clean. Well managed and maintained. Nice breakfast. Great free parking. Staff is very courteous and professional. Our room wasn't quite ready at checkin so they upgraded us to a suite at no charge. I highly recommend staying here.”

“The physical structure of this Courtyard is nice and clean, but what really sets it apart is the staff. This is like experiencing a Ritz Carlton staff at a Courtyard. Nour Asouti was so kind and proactive. There was a storm and the hotel lost power. Unfortunately I had just been to the grocery and had to walk five flights of stairs with a lot of groceries. Housekeeping ladies were at the other end of the hall and saw me and literally RAN down the hall to help me with a flashlight and to get my groceries in. Obviously the staff has good communication because they told Nour what happened. He reached out to me to apologize and gave me points for the trouble. It wasn't anyone's fault that the power was out but they were so kind with their genuine concern. Also, my friend left an expensive medication in her fridge upon checkout and the hotel stored it for a week until she could return to get it. Every single interaction with staff would make the owners proud!!”

We booked here because it was a cute unique hotel. Very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and we will be staying there again!!”

“After we checked in, I had an issue in the room and called the front desk. They took immediate action as busy as they were to take care of the issue. They moved us to another room and made sure we were good to go. I have never seen the front desk or maintenance move as fast as they did!! We are grateful and look forward to coming again! Thank you to all the staff!! Rooms are super clean! We did book a suite with a kitchen. They have pots and crock pots if you need them. Laundry is free. I recommend that anyone stay here.”

This hotel was exactly what we needed. The outdoor pool area is incredibly clean and beautiful—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hot breakfast bar in the morning had so many great choices and everything tasted very fresh. The rooms are contemporary, spacious and the beds are super comfortable. “Difficult to find as address in GPS did not drive us there.Rooms were clean and large with nice bathroom.However this is a hotel that accepts dogs and we were woken up at 6AM by a dog yapping incessantly close to us. Probably was left alone while owner went to breakfast. We had come from Europe and dearly needed the catch up sleep. They should put all dog owners on a dedicated floor or at least have a floor for people travelling without pets.”

“We stayed at this hotel for four weeks and had a great experience. Cleanliness was top-notch: the rooms were modern and immaculate, and room service always did a great job. The common areas and pool are also very well-maintained.
All of the staff are very friendly, and you can truly feel that they are treated well and enjoy their jobs. Breakfast was wonderful because it changed slightly every day, and the staff kept everything fully stocked until the cutoff time so we always had plenty of choices.
Our suite was spacious and comfortable enough for a family of four, and the overall hotel atmosphere was peaceful. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again when we are in the Miami-Kendall area.”

“We have stayed here long term several times and the employees turned into family really quick. Alex at the front desk is the most amazing person and we have referred multiple friends that stayed on many occasions. It's kinda no frills as there's no pool and no continental breakfast but the rooms having basically a full kitchen you can cook breakfast, lunch and dinner in your room.”

“Love it very quiet ,comfy bed ,big nice rooms very clean for the price great breakfast great location plenty of stores in restaurants around but the staff tends to not clean the rooms properly I have a cousin who stayed the night over the weekend when they got back and it was time for them to go to bed and they said the bed had sand on it I went to spend the day with them if you're a wheelchair user call ahead and make sure that they're lift to get into the pool is properly working cuz I went and it wasn't other than that decent place the times that I have stayed I've never used the pool so I was unaware until I used it and the gates around the pool a small enough child can fit under them”
“As of my visits in 2017, it is the best hotel deal in the Florida City / Homestead area. It cost $50 flat, taxes and fees included. The doors work well and no junkies or hookers pressed me to explain my choice to not carry cash.”

“A remarkably good hotel - we used this place as a stepping stone to the Keys. The room was clean and tidy with easy check-in.
It's in a good location for dining, Walmart as well as Gator Ally, where we went for an airboat tour through the Everglades.
Breakfast was good too - much better than expected.
Highly recommended”

“Small Motel very well located, our rather dated room with carpet which gives the impression of dirt was clean, impeccable bed, no animals detected. On the other hand, it says washing machine, dryer and ice maker, this is false, nothing works, the machines are now used as trash cans. In addition, the common trash cans are not emptied often enough and overflow.”
