“Wonderful hotel..loved our stay here..we were there for two nights. Check in and check out was easy. The front desk staff is super nice. The hotel looks really clean and people are always cleaning. We were in a room with two beds and the room was super spacious. All the amenities that you would expect here. Beds were very comfortable and when we got back, beds were always made every day. hot breakfast was really good and the seating area around is nice, multiple toasters , multiple waffle irons which makes it quick. Pastries , scrambled eggs, hash browns etc in hot breakfast. Ice machines in every floor, nice gym area. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if in that area.Rooms: Room was super spacious.Noteworthy details: Nice hot breakfast, one of the best onesRefillable shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, spacious bathroomFriendly staff!”

“My son and I had a wonderful 4 night stay here. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't require much, but, if we did it was done. The breakfast concierge "Vicky" was amazing. She was so helpful with everything. Thank you Travelodge.”

“We stayed at TownePlace Suites in Kendall for 14 nights. We were kindly greated by the front staff. The room was nice and it included a good size kitchen. We were on the first floor which was very convenient when traveling with a pet. There is plenty of grass outside for dogs as well. It had a great breakfast spread.Pros:-Close to many great restaurants-Comfortable bed-Plenty of storage-Traffic wasn't bad in that area-Clean and NewCons:-The shower has a very odd design. When you shower water gets EVERYWHERE.-When I reserved the room I was told I would get housekeeping every other day. However, we were there 14 days, and only had housekeeping four times. They will send towels and anything else you need to the room no problem.-The laundry room is small and the washers were a little dirty.-The breakfast area gets pretty crowded, but we ate in our room so that wasn't a huge issue for us.Overall, I recommend this hotel. Next time we are in Miami visiting family, we will definitely here.”

“We had a 4 day reservation. The shower is cold. Lucky if you get hot water. The worse part is that we have to be begging for towels. Last two days we were asking and calling so many times for towels and they never came. Went to front desk and they just told me to wait another hour because they were washing. 5 hours later still no towels. We just decided to leave the last day to go to another hotel. Never had issues like this from any hotel.”

“Highly recommend! Clean rooms, great breakfast and good customer service. Breakfast ends at 10am and it was 9:55am and the staff was still filling empty containers :) Bed very comfortable and thick comforters on top of sheets. Towel were soft and felt almost brand new. Hotwls is walking distance feom lots of shopping places. You will not be dissapointed.”

These flowers are from a convention that was held in the hotel and they fit the ambiance of the hotel. “Christine is so amazing! I had my wedding at the City Hall Bistro on January 1st 2024 and my new husband and I had a honeymoon suite that night! Christine was so helpful to me in getting vendors where they needed to be and making sure everything was perfect for the rooms. She went above and beyond, and so beautifully decorated the honeymoon suite. It was such a great surprise. I can’t thank her enough for all that she did! She was absolutely amazing ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Everything was OK. Clean, spacious and relatively polite staff. The pool was clean, the hot tub worked, so ok. I was supposed to have a king bed but it was a queen, the hot tub jets were lame and our air conditioner made noise periodically. All not enough for a bad review by any means, but not raving either.Noteworthy details: I didn't use it but it's nice they had a mini store.”

“Such a fabulous little motel/hotel. We were here for 5 days on a trip from the U.K. Great location with easy drives to Miami, the Keys, the Everglades. Safe and comfortable rooms (no problems), great free breakfast, ice water and coffee available all the time, strong wifi. Would definitely recommend and we’ll stay here again if back in the area!We had 3 rooms and the friendly staff were able to place us together.”

“Overall a good experience for my stay on 2/18/24, but gets a 4 star instead of a 5 star review for the following reasons: The shower had no door, so you're basically showering in the open with just a narrow pane of glass. That allowed water to splash all over the bathroom floor. The shower also had convenient dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and soap but mine were almost completely empty. Also while I appreciated a hot breakfast bar, the "eggs" were disgusting. It looked like a pita folded over a piece of cheese and had no taste at all. Try using real eggs and just scramble them. Tater tots were cold. Otherwise, the room was clean, surprisingly quiet, large and the bed comfortable with adequate pillows.”

“We are just had our first night at the inn staying in the back side and around 2am there was a loud altercation in the room right next to us. They were cursing and screaming and I called the front desk and sent an email, but no one has yet answered the phone or replied to the email. Right now it’s 5am and I woke up to the smell of marijuana, as if neighbors are smoking and it slipped through the vents. I am here over 20 weeks pregnant with a toddler and a baby and this is completely unsafe for my family and I. We plan to go to the front desk this morning, but am hoping they can accommodate a different room in a safer location at the least.Update: The manager was so accommodating to our family and addressed our concerns immediately and changed our room to a better location.”

“Pretty gross. Bed had black hair and black fuzzies (from sweat pants or socks??) All over it. Floors in room were really gross with stains. Bathroom didn't even have a towel rack. They just stacked 3 towels on top of the toilet. Room door looked like it had been broken into mutliple times. We had to push it hard to get it to close and lock. One of the elevators smelled like barf. If we happened to get that one when we hit the button I just jumped on quickly, pushed a button, and jumped off. Then we'd wait for the other elevator. My wife kissed me the morning we left with our 3 kids and said, "I'm never staying at a hotel this gross again, my love." Thankfully we only stayed one night. Very disappointing as I always stay at Holiday Inns because the beds are guaranteed comfortable. And the beds were comfortable. Just everything else made me regret this booking.”

“Very Nice. View of the highway and a canal . Rooms are spacious, kitchen is a good size (only wish the stove was bigger to cook all meal at the same time, but it's durable) Bathroom is a nice size to where you don't feel claustrophobic . Shopping as such - Walmart, Publix, fresco supermarket less than 10 minutes. Highway (turnpike) and US1 close by. The staffs are super Friendly. Always there if you have concerns or just to say hi. Now the GM of the Hotel Wow what can I say he really goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is as pleasurable. Been to some extended stays while traveling and he is literally one of the best ones I have came across by far. WoodSpring is my to go stay . Thank you all for this Amazing stay.”

“We stayed at this location twice; the first time/room was great, so we decided to book a night again after coming back from the Keys. The second night/room we had was much poorer quality than our for night. Both rooms were clean. The second room had a large space between the door and door sill - almost large enough for a mouse to squeeze in. There wasn't even a lamp in the second room, and the bathroom ventilation didn't work in that room, either.The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast - no meat option while we were there, but eggs, yogurt, fruit, waffles, muffins or bagels, cereal, etc.”

“I am not sure why all the negative reviews because I made a quick stay over and I found it super friendly and clean. Man at desk greeted me even though he was with someone else. Check in went fast and easy. Very pet friendly! But yet, I am easy to please. The only complaint is that there was only one small blanket on the bed. It would have been nice to have had an extra.But for the price and convenience if you have a fur family, you may want to look into this place.Oh, it is a little hard to find at night due to not a lot of lighting and I didn't see a sign. Maybe it was there and I missed it. Definitely missed the turn in to hotel the first time.”
