I’ve gone to other AT&T locations for help after dealing with 611 representatives, which unfortunately has been a frustrating experience. In the past, I’ve been told “it’s not our problem” and advised to call 611 again. That was not the case here.
This team truly goes above and beyond. They took the time to help, showed genuine care, and made sure the issue was resolved without passing the buck. This location should absolutely be the standard for both the 611 call center and other local AT&T stores.

“I requested services around the holidays and under a tight schedule. Jose lent his expertise in helping me choose services based on what I needed. They sent out Jorge, who worked his magical powers and got me set up under the time frame I had while still making sure my wires were long enough to reach around where I needed them and minimally show (my house has no attic). We tested the internet speed and I am impressed! I don't have all my devices connected, as I still have to move in, but everything looks perfect at this point.I am so happy I found a company that makes me feel like a person and not just another account number. I can't say enough about the customer service and experience. Highly recommended!”

“The most amazing experience. My sales assistant is Julio. He honestly went above and beyond for me. He was so patient in getting me to the proper channels. My phone was being hacked therefore he was able to put a Freud prevention alert on my new phone. The energy in Verizon was hot. I think people were really happy and nice. Almost like if someone was about to get a prize or recognition for an award.. I hope that they recognize his effort and raise him up as a great leader in his field. He didn’t even stress or need to go in the back and get lunch. He worked diligently for me. Amazing work ethic. Also, he never put me in the line and return with other clients. “I took advantage of an offer from Verizon to upgrade from my old Apple SE3 phone. When the phone arrived, I was confused & couldn’t transfer to my new 16e device. I went to this office and was assisted by Jonathon. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable in helping me thru the data transfer process. I also got a $600 trade in credit. We were successful and all my data (contacts, calendar, photos, apps etc) moved over to the new device. This is world class customer service and primary reason why we have stayed loyal to Verizon for 27 years. Thanks.”

“One thing I've always loved about boost Mobile they always have a store near. Nice and clean and so well organized. Always a nice selection of phones display. The sales reps are always knowledgeable and very helpful. Found what I was looking for since my first phone my LG 5 stylus had broken. Being an old customer, I managed to get a wonderful deal on a Galaxy A13. I've been around a number of the least greats mobile phone providers. I have yet to see one that tops boost Mobile in customer service. Don't take my word see for yourself.”

“We have been long time T-Mobile customers since they were Sprint. We have always had good dealings with all the stores we have been to, but I have to say that we received OUTSTANDING service from Vanessa & Lawrent, one of the managers. He greeted customers, assisted his associates with their needs, all without skipping a beat. He took the time to explain the value of changing plans and all the benefits that would come with it. Also the deals that were available when we were looking to add equipment. I left the store with extra goodies than planned but at a great value. All in all anyone needing assistance, service or looking to become T-Mobile customers can’t go wrong visiting this location. You’ll be in excellent and patient hands. “Our remote died and went to get a replacement. Parking can be tight but that's the only issue.
You are met at the door, some people are put off by this, some like it. I was there to replace my long serving XR11 remote.
I was given an XR15 remote. Meh....
I got home and it was more difficult to get it configured than the instructions lead you to believe. 2 days later and it stopped working all together. Took it back after ordering an XR11 from Amazon, just in case....
Same issue trying to get the Samsung TV and the remote paired as per the instructions. Got it to pair by initiating the pairing on the TV instead of through the XFINITY box as per the instructions (set the TV to look for the pairing instead of playing with number combinations to appear on the TV screen as per the instructions)
The ergonomics are not as good as the XR11 and some of the button areas are very stiff, making their selection hit or miss unless you "bear down" on the button.”
