“So I came in to this lovely Petsmart and found out that they have a self serving dog wash station and I am dog sitting and the owner wanted his dog groomed so Cassie was the manager and Victoria is a new employee. They both help me with products, Cassie was very knowledgeable about all products they also. Victoria was very helpful and they stayed back because the dog was very mad it and obviously uncomfortable so they both took the time out of their night to stay back for a little bit longer and keep the shop open a little bit longer to help me with these pups. I’m very grateful for this store, and I’m very grateful for these two young women, and whoever hired them should be very happy.”

“I love supporting small businesses and especially those run by women. I met the owner at a farmers market over 10 years ago and we've stayed in touch because my animals absolutely love her products. The chicken strips are the dog's top choice - he will sit for his regular treats but go wild for the Tweedle snacks. It also is nice that I can give two animals, the bird and the dog, the same treat - both love the mango slices and the sweet potato sticks. They may be more expensive than store bought treats but I appreciate the excellent quality and my "boys" deserve it ;)”
“This is a wonderful PetSmart location. They offer grooming as well as a pet hotel for overnight and extended stays for your furry friends.
I only feed my pets specific types of food and this location seems to always have what I need I stock.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.”

“Kimberly is one of the most animal friendly person I know. She took a cat that had not been cleaned for so long the hair was matted severally on this long hair cat. Not only cleaned him up but gave him a cool new look as a little tiger. My neighbors saw him and now for a couple years they have theirs done as well. Not just one neighbor but a few. We had a coyote come in the neighborhood and Kimberly came with traps to help catch. She got him and we released in a safe environment after she well fed him. They actually treat him like their pet dog. Kimberly will put a smile on anyone’s face the moment they meet herAnd their family pet.”
