He made sure that we were completely happy with our new purchase. He explained everything in detail and assured us that if we have any additional questions, he would be happy to further assist us. “I went in today and worked with Kevin T. on a very complex set of changes needed. If I could give him a 6 out of 5, I would. *The* best customer service experience I have had in a very long time, and I have had some excellent reps before today. We worked through each of the problems I faced and resolved every one of them in turn. He was patient, never stopped trying to figure out workarounds when we hit a block of some kind, and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Very competent guy. Another rep named Will helped at one point in the process, and he was excellent, too, but Kevin was simply superlative. A bulldog --- nothing stopped him. :-))”

“I have been to many Cricket Stores around the US and Lake Wales Zcricket Wireless was by far the best one I have vis. Gaby and Faith were amazing! They worked together to help me change out my SIzm to an eSIM ( which Apple will end up doing anyway) These girls even gave me about 15 great restaurants to eat at. They had me laughing the whole time and I left happy with my service. This made my day!!”

It took a very long time because of an error on the part of the other carrier. Barbie and Lesly were persistent and patient with me.
