And the phone stopped shutting off on its own.My old battery seemed to be a little swollen. Before I came here, I went to my carrier, and they told me I needed a new phone. “I called the Lake Wales store 3 times. First two times I was instructed to “call back”. On the third attempt, I finally spoke to a lady who’s trying to rush me off the phone and speaking to someone else while I was asking HER a couple of questions! Rude and unprofessional. Apparently, the Lake Wales store doesn’t like to make money.
THAT BEING SAID, I called THIS store in Winter Haven and spoke with an awesome woman named “Nemesis”!! Not only did she have an awesome name, but a very professional attitude and was very knowledgeable of the products. She answered all of my questions. I was so impressed that I went ahead and drove up there and asked for Nemesis directly.
Here’s the best part, y’all! I honestly thought I’d be in that store for a few hours to upgrade my phone. NOPE!! I was in and out of there in less than an hour. EV-ER-Y ONE behind that counter was very friendly and respectful!! This has GOT to be the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had in a mobile phone store. HANDS DOWN. If I could give him a 6 out of 5, I would. *The* best customer service experience I have had in a very long time, and I have had some excellent reps before today. We worked through each of the problems I faced and resolved every one of them in turn. He was patient, never stopped trying to figure out workarounds when we hit a block of some kind, and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Very competent guy. Another rep named Will helped at one point in the process, and he was excellent, too, but Kevin was simply superlative. A bulldog --- nothing stopped him. :-))”

I try to transfer phone to my spectrum account but what happened was the representative on the phone gave me a code for number transfer. Well I didn't know phone was locked. So the store representative was very nice and customer service oriented and was able to calm me down and get my.number and service back to Metro Pcs. Thank you once again”
“I needed to upgrade two phones, and had prepared by using the My Verizon app. My transaction was complicated by the fact that the second phone is going to a different state and there were some condition issues with the second trade-in device.
I arrived just before the lunch rush. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but I was greeted the moment I walked in and put on the list. Everyone seemed focused on customer service.
My sales associate, Vierna, was excellent, understood all of the complications and appeared to work hard to get me a good deal. I was very happy with the results.
If I'm still alive in 6 years and living in the area, I'll use the same store to upgrade again.”

“I gave it 5 stars because the employee, a lady who helped me was so polite and helpful. Boost mobile the company is giv 2 stars. Long story but after giving a lot of personal information over the phone to security and getting verified, Customer Service had no way to help me log into my account without getting a pass code off my broken phone. After all I went through and told to go to a store and get verified then they could get me a way to log in. The store was 40 minutes away in a lot of traffic me. I got verified after giving a lot of personal information and they then told me there's no way. I would never recommend Boost.”
