“I have come into this location twice now and both times have left very satisfied. The store manager, Alon (I hope I’m spelling that right) is really good at explaining what is being fixed on my products. As someone who doesn’t understand the logistics behind technology very well, it is super helpful. They will also give you a call to keep you updated on the status of your repair if it is taking longer than expected, which is very appreciated so you are not waiting wondering what’s happening with your stuff. Highly recommend this location!!!”

“Today I had the best Verizon store experience probably ever, and I've been a customer close to 20 years! Aidan was super helpful, extremely efficient, very personable, and took the time to go over and above getting me the best deal possible on a new phone plan and phone. He was thorough and honest and it is obvious that he is not only excellent at his job, but that he cares about his customers and likes his job! Everything was seamless and he had me in and out of there in no time. Thank you Aidan for providing me exceptional service! For any future needs I will only go to this location, highly recommend!!”

35216 US Hwy 19 N, Palm Harbor FL 34684
“I had to call and ask SEVERAL questions about service, price points and phones. Ed answered all of them and was not only kind, courteous and patient, but he gave me a plethora of information so that I could help and inform my 85 year old father. He was incredibly upbeat and positive and I was already happy with Cricket but Ed was just one more reason that I would recommend Cricket! My only complaint is not with Ed but with Cricket, we live in the USA and I was appalled and very disappointed that as a Navy daughter and U.S. Marine Corps mother, the company does NOT give Military discounts. That is shameful! We would not have the freedoms we have without the men and women that have fought and continue to fight for our country!”

“I am very impressed with the service I got at the drew street cricket. Both young ladies that were in the store today were very knowledgeable, I was in and out of there within one hour, I had to get a new phone and they transferred everything over to my new phone from my old phone very, very impressed. I actually went to the store up in Palm Harbor since it was closer to my house and waited outside for almost 45 minutes for them to open up. Apparently whoever was supposed to work today, never showed up for work, so I drove down to the drew street one and I am very happy that I did.”

She was happy to help and got my phone up and running smoothly again. We need to hire more people like Anna. Sam was also extremely helpful when we needed it. He is also really cool and kind. “I have been going through a Difficult time and was unable to pay my phone Bill. So I walked Into Verizon and a nice young lady named Kate got me a two day extension so I can handle my business. I was able to make money that day in the following morning. I was outside Verizon on East Bay when they opened I personally carried in the money to pay the bill, but I was still going through a hard time. I didn’t have a Wireless charger and I had a very important phone calls to me. This young lady took it upon herself to purchase a wireless charger and block for me then gave me a note that told me I was important and that God loves me and everything is gonna be OK because of that random act of kindness. I am now back in the saddle I was able to handle all of my business and get my head above water I owe this little lady Kate way more than a thank you and a simple Google review, but she went above and beyond anything that anyone in the customer service has ever done for me personally, and I have worked in retail and restaurants for a long time. God bless that little lady and God bless Verizon for helping me out and being understanding as far as I’m concerned, there is no other phone company.”

“I am writing this review for AT&T at their Countryside location. Please note AT&T offers two choices. Corporate store n franchise stores. I only go to the Corporate store which is what the Countryside is. Ask for either Lydia or Victor. I assume that the other employees who work there are equally as knowledgeable as Lydia or Victor but I’ve only dealt with those too. STAY AWAY from the franchise stores. If u add any additional services, products or whatever it will become a billing nightmare You have been advised. Even if a franchise store is closer to u you’ll probably regret that decision due to the problems it could create”
